For Christian American readers of this blog:

I wish to incite all Christians to rise up and take back the United States of America with all of God's manifold blessings. We want the free allowance of the Bible and prayers allowed again in schools, halls of justice, and all governing bodies. We don't seek a theocracy until Jesus returns to earth because all men are weak and power corrupts the very best of them.
We want to be a kinder and gentler people without slavery or condescension to any.

The world seems to be in a time of discontent among the populace. Christians should not fear. God is Love, shown best through Jesus Christ. God is still in control. All Glory to our Creator and to our God!

A favorite quote from my good friend, Jack Plymale, which I appreciate:

"Wars are planned by old men,in council rooms apart. They plan for greater armament, they map the battle chart, but: where sightless eyes stare out, beyond life's vanished joys, I've noticed, somehow, all the dead and mamed are hardly more than boys(Grantland Rice per our mutual friend, Sarah Rapp)."

Thanks Jack!

I must admit that I do not check authenticity of my posts. If anyone can tell me of a non-biased arbitrator, I will attempt to do so more regularly. I know of no such arbitrator for the internet.

Church squirrels ... Thx again Dr. H!

CHURCH SQUIRRELS
I don't care who you are, this is funny!

There were five houses of religion in a
small town:

The Presbyterian Church,
The Baptist Church ,
The Methodist Church ,
The Catholic Church
and
The Jewish Synagogue.

Each church and Synagogue was overrun with pesky squirrels.

One day,
the Presbyterian Church  called a meeting to decide what to do about the squirrels.  After much prayer and consideration they determined that the squirrels were predestined to be there and they shouldn't interfere with God's divine will.

In The BAPTIST CHURCH the squirrels had taken up habitation in the baptistery. The deacons met and decided to put a cover on the baptistery and drown the squirrels in it. The squirrels escaped somehow and there were twice as many there the next week

The Methodist Church
got together and decided that they were not in a position to harm any of God's creation. So, they humanely trapped the Squirrels and set them free a few miles outside of town. Three days later, the squirrels were back.

But
-- The Catholic Church came up with the best and most effective solution. They baptized the squirrels and registered them as members of the church.  Now they only see them on Christmas, Ash Wednesday, Palm Sunday and Easter.

Not much was heard about the  Jewish Synagogue, but they took one squirrel and had a short service with him called circumcision.  They haven't seen a squirrel on the property since.

Keep going

For all who appreciate the outdoors ...

Life is too short for drama and petty things, laugh a lot,
 love truly and forgive quickly.

A theatre got goers to use their phones ... Thx Dr. H!

            Surprise, surprise!!

A Movie Theater Got Its Audience To Use Their Phones !
What a brilliant way to communicate how risky it is to use mobile phones!
