The Ressurection of Christ- Xenos Cafe'

I was happy to have Jeanie attend the cafe' at Xenos with me this morning.  Doug Patch was the teacher from the First Thessalonians, 5th chapter and he centered a lot on the resurrection of Christ.  I have never heard a sub- excellence teaching at Xenos.  He mentioned Lee Strobel's book: "The Resurrection".

Our good friend and great preacher of the Christian Churches he served in Portsmouth, Ohio and Los Angeles, California is Dr. Myron Taylor.  He was pastor at Westwood Hills, across frrom the campus of UCLA from 1969- 1999 when he retired from preaching.  He has since had several books published from his many Biblical and scholarly sermons.  

Doug Patch, as has the great Dr. Jeff Gordon, has often said is that if Christians do not have the resurrection of Christ they have nothing and are to be pitied.
