Scale Model of US Government ... Thx Ramey H!

  This was on display at Cotton Ginning Days in Dallas, NC on October 11,
2014. It is tagged as a "Scale Model of the US Government". It is powered
by a 1920's vintage hit & miss engine, & doesn't do anything except make
noise & lots of lost motions & is costly to run.  Check out the 1:36 min
