Ephesians 4: 2-8 :
"Be humble and gentle. Be Patient with each other, making allowance for
each other's faults because of your love.Try always to be along together by
the Holy Spirit, and so be at peace with one another.
We are all parts of one body, we have the same Spirit, and we have all been
called by the same glorious future. For us there is only one Lord, one
faith, one baptism, and we all have the same God and Father who is over us
all and in us all and living through every part of us. However Christ has
given us special abilities --whatever He wants us to have out of His rich
storehouse off gifts."
This was the 9:30 AM message at Xenos Cafe' by the great M.D. -
teacher-preacher, Dr. Jeff Gordon. Jeanie and I have had great minister
friends throughout our lives- Myron Taylor (deceased), Scott Rawlings, and
Dr. Gordon. They are like the convert Paul, who tell us today of Christ's
crucifixion and resurrection through the New Testament.. Would that we
all, particularly I, could be humble and gentle, just as Paul wrote to the
church at Ephesus.
Our family doesn't always think so about me. I admit I am not, but I
appreciate the great gift of the Christ that has forgiven all of our
shortcomings and made way for our entrance into eternity through His
terrible crucifixion by man.
This is Paul's message to the Christian friends and good teacher-preachers
have been the Paul's of our lives. Thanks for your great message, Dr.
Gordon!

Potatoes - Taters Thx Marge R!
PotatoesPo TATERS
Some people never seem motivated to participate,
but are just content to watch while others do the work.
They are called "Spec Taters ".Some people never do anything to help, but are gifted
at finding fault with the way others do the work.
They are called "Comment Taters"Some people are very bossy and like to tell others what to do, but don't want to soil their own hands. They are called "Dick Taters".
Some people are always looking to cause problems by asking others to agree with them. It is too hot or too cold, too sour or to sweet.
They ?are called "Agie Taters".There are those who say they will help, but somehow
just never get around to actually doing the promised help. They are called "Hezzie Taters".Some people can put up a front and pretend to be someone they are not. They are called "Immy Taters".
Then there are those who love others and do what they say they will. They are always prepared to stop whatever they are doing and lend a helping hand.
They bring real sunshine into the lives of others. They are called "Sweet Po Taters".
If you know any "Sweet Po Taters", send this to them!! I just did.....
Believe in yourself for everyone to believe in you.
