House Republicans are continuing to push for legal action to be taken against Hillary Clinton, laying out a four-point case for the Department of Justice to charge her with perjury.
According to The Hill,  Reps. Bob Goodlatte of Virginia and Jason Chaffetz of Utah — the chairmen of the House Judiciary and Oversight Committees — found inconsistencies in what Clinton told a House panel last year regarding her use of a private email setup while she served as secretary of state and what the FBI discovered to be true during its investigation.
The pair sent a letter to Channing Phillips, the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, with their findings and said there is evidence that appears to "directly contradict"  what Clinton told lawmakers.

"Although there may be other aspects of Secretary Clinton's sworn testimony that are at odds with the FBI's findings, her testimony in those four areas bears specific scrutiny in light of the facts and evidence," the letter reads, reports The Hill.

Critics were baffled by the FBI's decision not to recommend charges against Clinton despite the fact that it concluded she was "extremely careless" while using a private email network and several email addresses while she worked in the Obama administration.
Goodlatte and Chaffetz, according to The Hill, pointed out four instances where Clinton did not tell the truth when she answered questions from the House Select Committee on Benghazi last October. Those statements were:
  • Clinton's claim that nothing was marked classified on her email server.
  • Clinton's claim that her lawyers looked at each email before deleting more than 30,000 that were deemed personal.
  • Clinton's claim that she gave the Department of State copies of all work-related emails.
  • Clinton's claim that she used one email server while she worked in the State Department.

Worst possible scenario except that Hillary goes to prison as she deserves. But the USA does not deserve more of the traitorous o ,,, Thx T. J. and Sarah!

TJ

Here’s a very scary scenario…………..

I had to take my vehicle to the mechanic the other day for service. The Service Manager, Pete, gave me a ride home and on the way he told me his theory about the upcoming election and the next four years of U.S. government.
At first I thought it a bit farfetched. But as I listened to him it began to make sense, scary sense...
“I believe that Hillary Clinton will win the election in November,” Pete began. “Then, sometime between November and January, Hillary will be indicted. The IRS is now investigating the Clinton Foundation and the whole e-mail thing isn’t over yet.”
“Once under indictment she won’t be able to assume the Office of the President in January. Tim Kaine, who will not actually be the Vice President because neither he nor Hillary have been inaugurated, cannot assume the Presidency.”
“The Speaker of the House can’t move up to it because there is already a sitting President and Vice President. So President Obama, in an Executive Order citing “emergency situation,” gives himself another four years in office is the only way possible.”
Pete believes Obama has been planning this for a while now, knowing he has enough on Hillary to indict her. Had the Attorney General indicted her based on evidence from the FBI this plan wouldn’t have worked because the DNC would have quickly come up with another candidate
If you think about it, it’s not that outrageous. Many people on the left, including the President, want Obama to stay another four years. The law prohibits him from being re-elected so the only ways he can do it is by declaring martial law and suspending the election (which would be a very negative thing for the country) or to declare himself still President because the elected candidate cannot assume her duties.
The latter makes more sense and is actually more feasible. And since it’s never been done before, it would set a precedent that would be difficult to challenge.
Of course, if Trump wins the election none of this is going to happen. But what if Pete is correct? Four more years of Obama and a mostly useless Republican House and Senate would give Obama the time he needs to continue destroying & changing the country to fit his stated goals.
I thanked Pete for the ride home – and for messing up my day. Now I’ve got more things to worry about!

Gingrich "Trump's foreign policy great speech" ... Thx Newsmax!

Donald Trump News
Gingrich on Trump's Speech: 'Most Important Foreign Policy Address Since Reagan'
Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich praised Republican candidate Donald Trump's address on how he would handle the threat of the Islamic State, calling it "the most important foreign policy speech since Ronald Reagan." Adding that "it really does set the stage for a debate for the American people about what's threatening us and what we should do about it."
Speaking on Fox News' "Hannity," Gingrich said that Trump "did just a remarkable job, in my judgment, of identifying the enemy [and] describing accurately how big the problem is… I think the contrast between what… Donald Trump did and what Hillary Clinton is couldn't be clearer. This is a Grand Canyon-wide chasm of two different views."

Gingrich said that what made Trump's speech even more impressive was that the candidate has received criticism for being unable to lay out a "road map" in any specific area of foreign policy, but that after this address such a judgement would be unwarranted.
"He took what may be the most important national security threat of the next decade, he outlined what the threat is, he outlined why we have failed, he outlined how important it is and he began to lay the base for a very serious, very dramatic change," Gingrich said.
"I'm interested to see if the mainstream media can actually focus on the speech and can actually talk about the difference between the confusion of the Obama-Clinton model and the clarity of the Trump model."
The praise for Trump from Gingrich comes just a few days after the former speaker criticized the GOP candidate on Fox News' "Fox & Friends" for not expressing himself clearly to the public by using imprecise language.
Gingrich used as an example when Trump called President Barack Obama and Clinton the "most valuable players" for ISIS and said Obama was the terrorist group's "founder" without fully explaining and developing his thoughts so that everyone would understand the message.

Watch this, and try not to laugh or cry too hard.

POSTED ON AUGUST 15, 2016 BY PORTSMOUTH DAILY TIMES

Area athletes will be honored on newest addition to Portsmouth murals

NEWS, TOP STORIES

17 names unveiled for new mural

By Michael Hamilton mhamilton@civitasmedia.com

Michael Hamilton | Daily Times Bob Morton, Bill Warnock, Chris Pavlik and Robert Dafford pose in front of what will be the newest addition to The Portsmouth Murals between 2nd and Front Streets in Portsmouth, Ohio, Monday afternoon, August 15, 2016.

PORTSMOUTH — The Portsmouth Murals are expanding their reach across the flood wall of the city, as artist Robert Dafford and his assistant Chris Pavlik began working one of two new panels to be completed by next year. The new two-panel mural will commemorate the rich history of athletic success from the area.

Dafford and Pavlik began prepping the first panel late last week and started painting Friday, August 12. The new mural will feature 17 individuals from Scioto County, Ohio and Greenup County, Kentucky who have excelled sports on a national and world level.
Jeremy Bates, Tom Blackburn, Barbara Stevens Cleveland, Gordon Collett, Chuck Ealey, Mark Frazie, Brian Gahm, Curt Gentry, Lida Fee “FiFi” Matthews-Tingley, Elbie Nickel, Ray Pelfrey, David Pyles, Brett Roberts, Mike Schuler, Robin Hagen Smith, Junior Spencer and Adam Stevens will all be depicted on the new mural.
“The new mural that we’re talking about is going to be done in a two-year period,” Robert “Bob” Morton, CEO of Portsmouth Murals Incorporated said, during a Portsmouth Rotary meeting Monday, August 15, 2016 at Shawnee State University. “The first panel, (will be completed) this year, then the next panel next year.”
The goal of the new mural was to represent the sports history of the area outside of baseball and the early years of football, which already have completed murals.
“Because we have already covered early football and we’ve covered the entire era of baseball, we didn’t say much about contemporary football, or boxing, or coaching, or drag racing, or NASCAR, or basketball,” Dafford said. “There are a lot of sports heroes from Portsmouth who have achieved national or international and Olympic status.”
Dafford said the mural will be different from the other sports murals he has completed for the Portsmouth flood wall. Since the mural will not be limited to an individual sport, Dafford and his assistant have decided to create a design that will resemble a montage than a single realistic set with all of the individuals lined up in a row.
“We’ve come up with a much more interesting way and a much more dynamic way, which is more appropriate for sports,” Dafford said. “We’ve got aggressive colors and we have an aggressive design, which I think you’re really going to like.”
Dafford said he, along with his assistant will be working on the first half of the new mural for several weeks. The other half will be completed in 2017.
Pavlik will work on his first mural in Portsmouth with the new sports panels.
“He has painted a number of murals and he’s got a real knack for it and ability for it,” Dafford said. “He is a good guy to work with and a good guy to meet.”
Several members of Pavlik’s family have made the journey from Kansas City, Missouri and Detroit, Michigan to see the newest work of the collection of murals.
“We have a world-class art attraction here,” Dafford said.
To be selected for the new mural, each individual must have achieved national recognition, awards, or championships in their particular sport, as well as being from Scioto County in Ohio, or Greenup County in Kentucky.
“I don’t recall exactly how many nominations we got, but we have narrowed it down, after long discussion, to 17,” Dick Grimm, Chair of the new mural committee said.
Joining Grimm on the committee were Bill Warnock, Al Oliver and John McClellan.
“I have had a lot of chores over the years in the community, but I have to tell you this is the toughest chore I have ever taken on,” Warnock said Monday afternoon. “How do you draw a line in the sand with all the great athletes and people we have in the community. We tried to come up with a criteria and I’m not sure that I’m totally comfortable with the final results, but I’m not sure that I ever could be comfortable with the final results, but we gave it our best shot.”
With all the debate over who should be included on the new mural, Warnock acknowledged some people will question who was added to the list, as well as those who were left off the list, but hoped all would enjoy the new mural.
The new mural is located south of the TOSRV mural and is located between 2nd and Front Streets in Portsmouth.
The Portsmouth Murals span over 2,500 feet of flood wall in Portsmouth. Work on the first mural began in May of 1993.
