Praying for Christ's Return ... Sam Kegley

I am a Christian Who Prays for Christ’s return

God created human beings to live in this world. Thank you Heavenly Father.  USA citizens are inherently no better than any other citizens on earth; however, we have had special blessings by being born here and we cannot realize what our forefathers went through to make that happen.  I pray for all of the world’s citizens.

I was very young when I accepted Christ in Portsmouth, Ohio during World War II.  I want to be like God’s Son, but have fallen far short in so many ways.

I was fortunate to live through the Korean War as a draftee, and spent my service time in a Topographic Battalion in Tokyo, Japan.  God didn’t micro-manage my assignment with His powers.  I was in the United States Army whereby we leave home and sign in to be soldiers for our country. That meant dangerous assignments and serious life- lasting injuries or even death for some   They did not return home as whole persons.  Those were the heroes of all veterans and citizens.

I was able to obtain a college degree, raise two sons with my lovely wife, and enjoy the youngsters those boys brought us.  We saw that our sons completed college and provided for them as best we could.

As a Christian, I try not to hate.  I don’t enjoy the extreme resistance that the left democrats provide to the President of the United States and I see no end of their obstructionism.

I see wonderful Tea Party types in and out of government committing themselves to the good things for our country, but I see no good things coming from the democratic left.

Our best hope is for God to send His Son again, but none of us know when that might be.

Please God, consider this sinning Christian’s prayer for our world.
