Rush reveals who should be gone after ... Thx Paul C!

This rabble rousing isn't making one person's (all ethnicities) life one iota better. It's just a means to crap things up for everyone else until they're on to the next bad idea to enflame the disenfranchised.  The great uniter must be pleased with his racial accomplishments after eight years.

Rush Reveals Who The Monument-Haters Should Really Go After

07:48am August 16, 2017
President Donald Trump, criticizing the people wanting to pull down Confederate monuments, asked if they wanted to pull down the statues to George Washington and Thomas Jefferson too because they were slave owners?
He mentioned them to show the folly of the thought of ripping down history.
But yet the answer is yes, they do. They really want to go there.
And on Monday night, Al Sharpton made that clear on PBS with host Charlie Rose, saying that the Jefferson Memorial needed to come down. Yes, the memorial to our founding father, Declaration of Independence author and third president of our nation should be torn down because he was a slave owner.
So on Tuesday, Rush Limbaugh said let’s take that absurd thought to its logical conclusion if you believe that.
From Conservative Tribune:
“Thomas Jefferson was one of the founders of this country, and you see what this really is about here? This is about not just delegitimizing Donald Trump, and it’s not just about getting rid of him,” stated Rush during part of Tuesday’s program. “These people are on a tear to delegitimize this entire country, as part of their effort to transform it and — dare I say — overthrow it however they might try to make that happen.”
After he stated that, “These are people that cannot be mollified,” Rush continued to lay out some of the history of our nation’s founding, including the heated debate at the time regarding the — even then — controversial institution of slavery.
Let’s take it to its logical conclusion.
“But you want to get rid of all of these monuments that have been erected to people and events in our nation’s past, tied to the Civil War, which you find horribly, horribly offensive and you want to get rid of all vestiges,” stated Rush.
“Well, at what point are you gonna realize that you also have to disband the Democrat Party?” he asked. “If you’re gonna really succeed and follow through to the end on this mission, you’ve got to get rid of the Democrat Party, and you have got to wipe a bunch of people out of it.”
Limbaugh then named prominent Democrats who had been known to be racist and members of the KKK, but who had towns, roads and institutions named after them.
“And yet they are your party today. That’s where you vote. So at some point are you going to have to eliminate the Democrat Party?” he asked. “If you do, if you cleanse all of these uncomfortable and painful reminders — the statues are down, the roads are renamed, all of these monuments are gone — how is your life on that day made better? How is your standard of living impacted? How is your overall degree of happiness measured?
“And I guarantee you they haven’t thought this far because that’s not what any of this is about,” Rush added. “We’re dealing hip-deep with an unhinged irrationality that has the full-fledged support of the American media, which remains the organizing power today that projects the power of the American and the worldwide left.”
Unfortunately, Democrats don’t want to admit this.
Indeed, it was the Democrat Party that institutionalized slavery, racism through Jim Crow laws, segregation, the KKK, and of course the modern-day “plantation” known as the welfare trap, which pins low-income people of all races to a sub-standard, subsistence, slave-to-the-government style of living.
Limbaugh hits it right on the head.
But liberals will never admit it…

I am an avowed conservative Christian.  Nonetheless, I have heroes and Victor Davis Hanson, Newt Gingrich, and Donald Trump are right on top alongside the departed Ronald Reagan.  Nobody should be guessing that I am conservative but they should not think of me as Alt-Right.  I think most progressives are so badly mistaken, no matter their intelligence ability.  I like Victor Davis Hanson's arctic;le today and believe that most who open their minds a bit can agree with him.  Money is not the true measure of success in this life no matter what ethnicity or race.
