THERE ARE SO MANY BETTER THINGS ON WHICH THIS MONEY COULD HAVE BEEN SPENT, MONEY WHICH THE USA DOESN'T SEEM TO HAVE READILY AVAILABLE.  MANY OF OUR SCHOOLS/COLLEGES ARE NOT IN SUCH GREAT CONDITION.  AND THEY CALL THIS PUNISHMENT?  SEEMS MORE LIKE A VACATION TO ME WITH EVERYTHING YOU MAY NEED AT YOUR BECK 'N CALL.  LUCKY PEOPLE, I'D SAY.       CAN YOU GUESS WHAT THIS IS???  I guarantee you won't believe it!
