AMERICA'S HUNTERS  - Pretty Amazing!
cid:image001.jpg@01D39212.1A7E7C80
A blogger added up the deer license sales in just a handful of states and arrived at a striking conclusion: There were over 600,000 hunters this season in the state of Wisconsin..
Allow me to restate that number: 600,000!

Over the last several months, Wisconsin 's hunters became the 8th largest army in the world.

cid:image003.jpg@01D39212.1A7E7C80
(That's more men under arms than in Iran. More than France and Germany combined.)

cid:image004.jpg@01D39212.1A7E7C80

These men, deployed to the woods of a single American state, Wisconsin, to hunt with firearms, And NO ONE WAS KILLED.

cid:image005.jpg@01D39212.1A7E7C80

That number pales in comparison to the 750,000 who hunted the woods of Pennsylvania's and Michigan's 700,000 hunters,
ALL OF WHOM HAVE RETURNED HOME SAFELY.

cid:image006.jpg@01D39212.1A7E7C80

Toss in a quarter million hunters in West Virginia, and it literally establishes the fact that the hunters of those four states alone would comprise the largest army in the world.  And then add in the total number of hunters in the other 46 states. It's millions more.
________ The point?________           America will forever be safe from foreign invasion with that kind of home-grown firepower!
Hunting... it's not just a way to fill the freezer. It's also a matter of national security.

That's why all enemies, foreign and domestic, want to see us disarmed.   Food for thought, when next we consider gun control.  Overall it's true, so if we disregard some assumptions that hunters don't possess the same skills as soldiers, the question would still remain.

What army of 2 million would want to face 30 million, 40 million, or 50 million armed citizens???  For the sake of our freedom, don't ever allow gun control or confiscation of guns.

Lost ... Thx Paul C!

A man and a woman in a hot air balloon realized they were lost. They lowered their altitude and spotted a man in a boat below. The woman shouted to him.

"Excuse me, can you help us? We promised friends we would meet them an hour ago, but we don't know where we are."

The man consulted his portable GPS and replied, "You're in a hot air balloon, approximately 30 feet above ground elevation of 2,346 feet above sea level. You are at 31 degrees, 14.97 minutes north latitude and 100 degrees, 49.09 minutes west longitude.

She rolled her eyes and said, "You must be a Republican.”

"I am," replied the man. "How did you know?"

"Well," answered the balloonist, "everything you told me is technically correct. But I have no idea what to do with your information, and we're still lost. Frankly, you've not been much help to us."

The man smiled and responded, "You must be a Democrat."

"We both are," replied the balloonist. "How did you know?"

"Well," said the man, "you don't know where you are - or where you are going. You've risen to where you are, due to a large quantity of hot air. You made a promise you have no idea how to keep, and you expect me to solve your problem. You're in exactly the same position you were in before we met, but somehow, now it's all my fault.
