Book Signing Sat. Oct. 10 at Portsmouth

Portsmouth friends, Jenny Lavender and Joe Newberry, have arranged a book signing for my new book “Grandparents and Softball- Girls Love Softball”. The signing will occur from 10AM to 12PM, Saturday, the tenth of October at the Library.
Also, Barb Pratt will be interviewing Dick Klitch and Jeanie and me on Oct. 9 at 8 am on WNXT. Dick may not stay long after a breakfast with friends, but Jeanie and I hope to make the PHS-Warren football game at Portsmouth Coliseum that night. Jackie Brown (PHS 55) sent us the You Tube video of the Portsmouth West game and the coliseum looks beautiful.
It would certainly be nice to see our friends and the Portsmouth area athletes from my “Softball- “It don’ Matta” and the “Excellence in Athletics in the Portsmouth
Area“ books at the library book signing.
Grandparents and softball is my first work of fiction; however it, like each of the seven books I have written, has some of the flavor of Portsmouth which I will explain.
Grandparents and Softball is a quick read and the price is $10 whereas the CD Audio of the book (approximately a one hour listen) costs only $7.50.
