I never thought for a moment it would be appealed. Most will think that these funds have been pulled from Acorn and that justice has prevailed. What a disgrace.
Think Eric Holder will appeal?? Same Eric Holder who refused to prosecute the Black panthers for voter intimidation. And the same Eric Holder who already issued an opinion that ACORN could continue receiving fed funds.
