Not too incidentally, John Kansius is burning the salt water in a Pyrex or a glass tube. The materials answer might be as simple or as complex as glass or Pyrex lined steel cylinders.
God is blessing John Kansius, here in the good old USA!

Wow, Sonny!
Materials engineers should find the ultimate materials to contain the salt water, which is a highly corrosive electyrolyte at room temperature.
Spoken from my metallurgical engineering career of 44 years (retired now). Can it be done? Just another challenge to American ingeniuity! It will be done!
