I recently rfead somewhere and i have forgotten the source, but it said that there is a .com that you can use to call for customer service and be cued iun for a call back. That would nearly elimionate the MUCH wasted time waiting for a hold at the other end. If anybody can help me with an email on this, I would certainlyt appreciatye it.
