Sam my dad was also a Forest E,. (Edwin) and for some reason my mother chose to spell it with two "r's but he never did. Another little piece of valuable informatiom==The word TIO in spanish is "uncle". Further while I enjoyed the violence of sports. I also was in the boys glee club and the chorus when I was at PHS. Not good at it but loved the singing. I wasn't in it my senior year because of Houston Elder , the coach when I was Jr.saw me in the choir and made the remark at practice that there was one reason we'd never have a good football team and it was because we didn't have anybody playing but a bunch of GD chior boys. I knew he wouldn't be back when I was a senior, but I didn't know at shedule time what Walker would be like.so I dropped the singing Waker was a good coach and a good friend who would never say anything like that to anybody. I always wanted the chance to see what Elder thought he could do with a choir boy. By the way that was how I happen to know that the lovely hymn ended wit two, "How great Thou arts.
