Blog2Print by Shared books is a fairly new service, principally for bloggers to make their blogs into an indexed book or for professors to get their research into books. The charge is fairly nominal- $14.95 for a book or $7.95 for a pdf (Personal Data File) one can download into their own computer and print as they wish. I bought my initial blog entries of the last half of 2008 by PDF and had it printed by a service in Worthington into a few wire bound books I gave to friends.
If you have something nearly ready I reccommend you try their services.
