More on Portsmouth's Paul Ryan Thanks Dr. Bill Daehler!

FYI,, W. Gordon Ryan was known well by my father, Dr. J.W. Daehler. My father delighted in listening to the classic music programs that Gordon put on weekly on WPAY. I also can remember these programs. Gordon gave a good commentary on the music much as WOSU does now on its classic station. The program was a wee bit of culture provided to Portsmouth listeners back in the thirties and early forties. I have had the pleasure of visiting with Paul at his home on the Muirfield Course on two occasions during the Memorial Golf Tournament. Bill Daehler
