Electronic yuppies-
I think you guys and obama had just as well bury us older than 70 seniors.
We cannot keep up with your convoluted systems. the old phones with real live operators were so helpful. No longer are there real live English speaking customer service representatives.
I am stubborn as my declares all Kegleys are. I admit it. I should have given up years ago when it comes to electronic gizmos.
Old acronyms were KISS (Keep it simple, Stupid) and KISMIF (Keep it simple make it fun) back when I worked as an engineer. I hope to make 80 in November, but customer service, particularly by telephone frustrates the Heck out of me!
I, stubbornly, bought a new smart phone on the advice of a technical guru of mine. It is Straight Talk from Walmart. That was Monday. I have been on the phone with their reps in the Phillipines for at least two and a half hours of frustration since and I am still not activated with them.
Marketing principles say to make it easy for potential customers to use your product (s).
Sorry Yuppies. It doesn't seem to work that way anymore!!
Still hoping to use the smart phone. I guess I am just not old enough or smart enough.
