Columbus Breakfast for Portsmouth Ohio area people this morning:
A few of us met at Marshall's in Grandview this morning.
For the first few minutes, it was only the 3 of the 3 to 25 I told Marshall's to expectt. Dick Klitch, Paul Bierley and myself. I was nearly deciding that I would never call people again for such a get together. Then Dr. Ross, normally extremely punctual, came in followed by Dick Hansgen and Nelson Barker. Later, about nine o'clock, Marvin Bowling and wife, Sharon and Brut Kline and wife, (? Switallski Sp?), came in and it was a grand group from the "Cultural Center of our Universe".
Would that I could adequately hear and report upon the many fine stories, but alas, my hearing aided by a right side cochlear implant and an excellent left side hearing and is not quite Dr. Dan Ross, Dick Klitch and Marvin bowling for the tales of most interest.
