States and what they are famous for ... Thanks Carol & Clay V!

Carol & Clay,

I understood that the Renison family of the original Crispy Creme in Portsmouth Ohio sold a franchise to Krispy Kreme.  It was difficult to beat the old Crispy Creme when I was young (around 1942, I was ten).  Twenty-five cents for a baker's dozen (13) and right from the vat they would melt in your mouth and move right into one's arterial heart arteries.  What a way to die!  Hot cotton candy!
