WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2013 05:34 AM
The
Columbus Metropolitan Library gives the city a lot to brag about, being
named most years among the nation’s top libraries for its service,
collections and programs to engage the community. This year, the
library’s connection to the community is growing stronger, with an
enhanced partnership with local schools and parents. ... "
Benjamin J. Marrison is the Editor of the Columbus Dispatch in Ohio.
The
above is the opening paragraph of an article introducing new
educational programs for kids at the Columbus Library. Jeanie and I
appreciate it particularly because it reinforces the pride in our oldest
son, Jay. who is Supervisor in the Science, Busineess, and News Section
of the library. Our youngest, Jeff, teaches at Grandview Heights High
School. Each are paying forward in the greatest commodity our worlld
has- our young people.
Thank you Editor Marrison!
