This was sent to me by my dental classmate, who grew up in Piqua,Ohio.
What a wonderful, emotional tribute to honor our fallen heroes. I doubt that many people know about this ceremony.

This is very moving but more so for those of us old enough to remember that day. I remember that there was a newsboy on a corner near where we lived in Piqua shouting "Extra, Extra, read all about it. Japs bomb Pearl Harbor." And, of course, we all asked "Where is Pearl Harbor"
Too soon we found out.
