Urgent Message from Ben Carson Friend, I'm not running for president to build my resume, and the last thing I want to be is a politician. We all saw the CNBC debate. And we all realize what we are fighting against. I have been exposing the bias of the media during my campaign for months. And they have targeted me for doing it. But last night we saw other candidates join my fight against the P.C. bullies. I realize that when you take them on, you can pay a heavy price. But I'm doing this for our children and grandchildren. Our Constitution was written for them — to empower them and to ensure that they'd have the opportunity to fulfill their God-given potential. Recent polls that show me leading this race in Iowa and across the nation. My success shows that I am not on this journey alone – you and millions like you are standing with me. But there are powerful forces at work that would like to see our campaign stopped. They did not like it when I said the Second Amendment guarantees our right to bear arms as a bulwark against tyranny.  They do not like it when I defend every American's unalienable right to life.  They do not like it when I expose the way President Obama has divided our nation. But my friend, these are simple truths. Frankly, my jump to first place in the critical early-voting state of Iowa is humbling. I know it is the cause of freedom that joins us together. I'm encouraged that so many of my fellow Americans are open to embracing a true outsider.
