This is a Drone VIDEO, a step beyond a Drone Still Photo.  Note the 3D effect.                                                                                             Keep your finger on "pause" to freeze the various views.  Note small solar panels on street lights, absence of TV dishes, etc.
Very clear and interesting views one would never see on a ground tour.
