Ok I was wrong. Electoral college does not have to vote according to state but there is more than one vote for each state. There would have to be more than 50 to go either against state law or a previous party pledge. Or so I think. Has never happened although their is a petition on the internet trying to get signatures to persuade electoral college to vote for Hillary or refuse to vote for Donald. Still would have to be more than 52
