Texting while walking = Great laughs on youtube. Texting while driving gets your stupid ass killed, but more importantly it gets OTHER people killed. Don't be a doos. Stay safe.

actually it is possible to text while walking safely. but it depends on how many perception points you have. you must look at your pitboy to determine your perception.
but to text and drive safely requires a special perk
