Civil War?
Is it slavery Again?
The
word asinine hangs on this conservative Christian’s mind. You know the side I choose.
During
the 1860-1865 period, the USA was divided, supposedly by the slavery
issue. Today we appear to be a nation
divided about 50% on the Left, socialist side, vs the right, conservative, side
for our country.
The
democrats supposedly were the champions of the working poor in the past. No
more! They truly are no longer that party.
President Trump is shaping the old line republican party into
Conservatives for the entire working population whereas they were
thought be primarily for the rich Americans.
Our
long time ‘sacrificial representatives’, both democrat and republican, claimed to be representing ‘we the people’ but they
truly have not been doing their sworn duty.
They have served themselves much more than having served us.
So
many Americans on both sides fought and died in the former Civil War, which
divided families as well. Relatives shot and killed or maimed relatives, sometimes
aware and sometimes unaware. Just going
against the enemy per their military duty- whichever side.
Again,
I offer fervent prayers to our Creator that common sense will
prevail and we do not come to a shooting war.
I
personally hope for the coming back to earth of Jesus Christ, the savior of all
this world’s Christians. My wife, Jeanie and I hope to be with all of you in
Heaven. Jesus promised for it to be so
much better.
