Thanks Sam, I have been hearing a lot about this on the radio down here. Many retirees are in an uproar over this as we Feds get to pay only 28% of our health insurance premiums while the Fed Govt is now paying 72% of our health insurance premiums. Then there was a rumor going around that the Fed Govt wanted to pay only 50% and the rest of us Fed retirees, employees and military will pay 50%; in order words, 50 to 50 by both.
Now I am hearing that we all will have to add our insurance premiums as income to our yearly income. Wow! Yes, i subscribe to the Kiplinger Tax Letter too and read the 13 tax changes for 2010. This tax letter is also online if anyone subscribes to it. They are usually correct in what they write too. I also get J. K. Lassier Tax Letter and they have even more information in their tax letter.
Obama and Congress are going to put this country in a rich and poor country eventually. I can see my income going down, my savings being used by and with no cost of living adjustment for another couple years, we all will be in the same boat. Then NARFE is working to fight against a proposal by some Congressmen who want to tap into our retirement annunities. GOD, if this happens, we all will in a big sink hole!!! With prices going up, real estate taxes, transportation, etc, what will happen to our Free America??? Fairfax County where I live is one of the highest counties to live in in the whole USA. We nearly 1.4 million people in the county. City of Alexandria is now expanding and they currently have over 100,000 people living in the City of Alexandria; the city is stillbuilding houses, condos, etc and selling them at high stakes--nothing cheap here.
Well, we all have to vote this congressman and senators out of office and get back to basics for our country's sake. It is a sin when you call Dover AFB in DE and on the recording English is the second choice.
What is wrong with our officials. Are we giving into the Spanish speaking people many of whom are illegal immigrants here?? Anyway, sure makes me mad.
I am lucky as I have no children or grandchildren who will be picking up the pieces after this President is long gone. Reversing these laws made by Congress takes a long time and it may be years before anything is really straightened out.
Anyway, take care and thanks for this update.

Thanks Judi!
The gang of thugs are stealing from us rich (I think not, just the working class) and giving to those who won't work. It isn't taking this donkey long to ruin America along with Pelosi, Dingy Hary and the other gathered thugs.
Vote 'em out in 10 and 12!

2011 W-2 Tax Forms and Obamacare
Should you want to verify this, go to http://www.thomas.gov/, enter "HR 3590"
in the search box and look for "CRS Summaries." This is what you'll find.
Title IX Revenue Provisions—Subtitle A: Revenue Offset
"(Sec. 9002) Requires employers to include in the W-2 form of each employee
the aggregate cost of applicable employer-sponsored group health coverage
that is excludable from the employee's gross income (excluding the value of
contributions to flexible spending arrangements)."
Starting in 2011—next year—the W-2 tax form sent by your employer will be
increased to show the value of whatever health insurance you are provided.
It doesn't matter if you're retired. Your gross income WILL go up by the amount
of insurance your employer paid for. So you’ll be required to pay taxes on a larger
sum of money that you actually received. Take the tax form you just finished for
2009 and see what $15,000.00 or $20,000.00 additional gross income does to
your tax debt. That's what you'll pay next year. For many it puts you into a
much higher bracket. This is how the government is going to buy insurance for
fifteen (15) percent that don't have insurance and it's only part of the tax increases,
but it's not really a "tax increase" as such, it a redefinition of your taxable income.
Also, go to Kiplinger's and read about the thirteen (13) tax changes for 2010 that
could affect you.
Why am I sending you this? The same reason I hope you forward this to every
single person in your address book. People have the right to know the truth because
an election is coming in November. So vote intelligently, based on your values.
But also adjust your tax withholding, or increase your savings, so that you aren't
surprised and put in a jam when your federal income taxes are due on April 15, 2012.
Fight organized crime! Re-elect no one.

Sincerely,
Judi Cole
