This is a great concise explanation of the current political mess.
8 Levels of Control - seems to be working8 Levels of ControlSaul Alinsky died about 43 years ago, but his writings influenced those in political control of our nation today. Recall that Hillary Clinton did her college thesis on his writings and President Obama writes about him in his books.Died: June 12, 1972, Carmel-by-the-Sea, CAEducation: University of ChicagoSpouse: Irene AlinskyBooks: Rules for Radicals, Reveille for RadicalsAll eight rules are currently in play. How to create a social state by Saul Alinsky:There are eight levels of control that must be obtained before you are able to create a social state. The first is the most important.1) Healthcare – Control healthcare and you control the people.2) Poverty – Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.3) Debt – Increase the debt to an unsustainable level.. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.4) Gun Control – Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state.5) Welfare – Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and Income).6) Education – Take control of what people read and listen to – take control of what children learn in school.7) Religion – Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools.8) Class Warfare – Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take Taxes from the wealthy with the support of the poor.Does any of this sound like it is happening in the United States ?Alinsky merely simplified Vladimir Lenin's original scheme for world conquest by communism, under Russian rule.Stalin described his converts as "Useful Idiots." The “Useful Idiots” have destroyed every nation in which they have seized power and control. It is presently happening at an alarming rate in the U.S.If people can read this and still say everything is just fine, then they are “useful idiots.” It is difficult to free fools from the chains they revere.Anyone out there think that this stuff isn't happening today in the U.S.? You have to be living under a rock not to see all this happening today.

Welcome to my blog http://www.skegley.blogspot.com/ . CAVEAT LECTOR- Let the reader beware. This is a Christian Conservative blog. It is not meant to offend anyone. For Christian American readers of this blog:
I wish to incite all Christians to rise up and take back the United States of America with all of God's manifold blessings. We want the free allowance of the Bible and prayers allowed again in schools, halls of justice, and all governing bodies. We don't seek a theocracy until Jesus returns to earth because all men are weak and power corrupts the very best of them.
We want to be a kinder and gentler people without slavery or condescension to any.
The world seems to be in a time of discontent among the populace. Christians should not fear. God is Love, shown best through Jesus Christ. God is still in control. All Glory to our Creator and to our God!
A favorite quote from my good friend, Jack Plymale, which I appreciate:
"Wars are planned by old men,in council rooms apart. They plan for greater armament, they map the battle chart, but: where sightless eyes stare out, beyond life's vanished joys, I've noticed, somehow, all the dead and mamed are hardly more than boys(Grantland Rice per our mutual friend, Sarah Rapp)."
Thanks Jack!
I must admit that I do not check authenticity of my posts. If anyone can tell me of a non-biased arbitrator, I will attempt to do so more regularly. I know of no such arbitrator for the internet.

Ted Cruz’s Dad: Obama is ‘just like’
Castro By Gabe Finger 7/8/13
Speaking an event hosted by the conservative
nonprofit Freedom Works, Rafael Cruz described President Barack Obama as being,
“just like a dictator like Fidel Castro.”
The Cuban-born father of Texas Sen. Ted Cruz
spoke at length about his life in Cuba, his experiences with socialism and
authoritarianism, and the false promises of dictators. Cruz told the crowd
of tea party supporters, “as a teenager I found myself involved in a
revolution. I remember during that time, a young charismatic leader rose
up talking about ‘hope and change.’” As the crowd laughed, Cruz threw them a
curve ball: “His name was Fidel Castro.”
Rafael Cruz then drew comparisons between
policies of Castro and Obama, stating, “That same man who had been talking
before about hope and change, now was talking about how the rich are evil, about
how they oppress the people, and about the need to redistribute the
wealth. He began attacking the press, curtail freedom of the press,
attacking religion, confiscating property. Then he began instituting socialized
medicine, and imposing wage-and-price controls. Basically reducing
everybody’s salary to a least common denominator.”
He then became more specific, saying, “I think
the most ominous words I’ve ever heard was in the last two State of the Union
addresses, when our president said, ‘If Congress does not act, I will act
unilaterally.’ Not much different than that old bearded friend that I left
behind in Cuba. Government by decree, by executive order, just like a dictator —
like Fidel Castro.”
Later, Cruz urged the crowd to fight back,
saying, “When I faced oppression in Cuba, I had a place to come to. If we lose
our freedoms here, where are we going to go?’ There is no place to go.”
Rafael Cruz added that the Obama administration
had compelled him to, “remain silent no more.”
“I feel so offended when our president goes
around the world apologizing for America and negating our American
exceptionalism,” he said. “But the truth is, this country is exceptional and
unique in the world… And you know, when we see the intrusion on our liberties;
when we see — whether it is looking at our, or listening to our telephone calls
— or we see the IRS targeting tea party groups — freedom-loving groups — for
their political ideology, I say we can remain silent no more. Silent no
more.”

ALL I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS - IS WOW !!!!!
RECENT VIRGINIA CHURCH SERVICE - STIMULUS SERMON
Genesis 47:13-27
I would love to give the Pastor of this predominantly black church in Virginia a hug and a high five. This guy is obviously a leader.
Perhaps we should each decide who our real leader is..... It is amazing to see that very little has changed in 4,000 years.
---------------------------------------------------
Good morning, brothers and sisters; it's always a delight to see the pews crowded on Sunday morning, and so eager to get into God's Word. Turn with me in your Bibles, if you will to the 47th chapter of Genesis, we'll begin our reading at verse 13, and go through verse 27.
Brother Ray, would you stand and read that great passage for us? .....(reading)...
Thank you for that fine reading, Brother Ray. So we see that economic hard times fell upon Egypt , and the people turned to the government of Pharaoh to deal with this for them. And Pharaoh nationalized the grain harvest, and placed the grain in great
storehouses that he had built. So the people brought their money to Pharaoh, like a great tax increase, and gave it all to him willingly in return for grain. And this went on until their money ran out, and they were hungry again.
So when they went to Pharaoh after that, they brought their livestock - their cattle, their horses, their sheep, and their donkey - to barter for grain, and verse 17 says that only took them through the end of that year.
But the famine wasn't over, was it? So the next year, the people came before Pharaoh and admitted they had nothing left, except their land and their own lives. "There is nothing left in the sight of my lord but our bodies and our land. Why should we die before your eyes, both we and our land? Buy us and our land for food, and we with our land will be servants to Pharaoh." So they surrendered their homes, their land, and their real estate to Pharaoh's government, and then sold themselves into slavery to him, in return for grain.
What can we learn from this, brothers and sisters?
That turning to the government instead of to God to be our provider in hard times only leads to slavery? Yes.. That's the only reason government wants to be our provider is to also become our master?
Yes.
But look how that passage ends, brothers and sisters! Thus Israel settled in the land of Egypt , in the land of Goshen . And they gained possessions in it, and were fruitful and multiplied greatly." God provided for His people, just as He always has! They didn't end up giving all their possessions to government, no, it says they gained possessions! But I also tell you a great truth today, and an ominous one.
We see the same thing happening today - the government today wants to "share the wealth" once again, to take it from us and redistribute it back to us. It wants to take control of healthcare, just as it has taken control of education, and ration it back to us, and when government rations it, then government decides who gets it, and how much, and what kind. And if we go along with it, and do it willingly, then we will wind up no differently than the people of Egypt did four thousand years ago - as slaves to the government, and as slaves to our leaders.
What Mr. Obama's government is doing now is no different from what Pharaoh's government did then, and it will end the same. And a lot of people like to call Mr. Obama a "Messiah," don't they? Is he a Messiah? A savior? Didn't the Egyptians say, after Pharaoh made them his slaves, "You have saved our lives; may it please my lord, we will be servants to Pharaoh"?Well, I tell you this - I know the Messiah; the Messiah is a friend of mine; and Mr. OBAMA IS NO MESSIAH! No, brothers and sisters, if Mr. Obama is a character from the Bible, then he is Pharaoh. Bow with me in prayer, if you will...
Lord, You alone are worthy to be served, and we rely on You, and You alone. We confess that the government is not our deliverer, and never rightly will be. We read in the eighth chapter of 1 Samuel, when Samuel warned the people of what a ruler would do, where it says "And in that day you will cry out because of your king, whom you have chosen for yourselves, but the LORD will not answer you in that day.."
And Lord, we acknowledge that day has come. We cry out to you because of the ruler that we have chosen for ourselves as a nation. Lord, we pray for this nation. We
pray for revival, and we pray for deliverance from those who would be our masters. Give us hearts to seek You and hands to serve You, and protect Your people from the atrocities of Pharaoh's government.
In God We Trust...
