I am SO sorry for people all over this world, mainly because of telephone systems. I hope the system problems are corrected by the 22nd century.
Systems identify you first after several numbers you must search the entire house for.
You are talking to a system of artificial intelligence. A slight error can make you re-initiate your call. You again talk with a robotic system which is far less intelligent than any person on earth.
You somehow explain to the Robie what you need talk about. Immediately the Robie connects you to another system and you get another Robie, Robie 2. 2 wants your info repeated, then connects you to Robie 3. Some require many more Robie systems to go through and wait, wait, wait.
My solutions: All companies and government offices: Hire some people and fire your Robies if you are interested seriously in staying in business!
Do this economically because I have payed too many taxes for too many years with too little government representation.
If a system helps, condense it to only two quick system connections until you receive a real live person. It will save you millions of $/hr and be so much more efficient!
With AT&T, I spent, literally 33 hours not minutes talking all over this globe for to finally straighten out a billing situation. I, SamKat, am a hypocritical Christian, but I believe all of us Christians are, regardless of our Perfect savior.

Customers still want price, delivery, quality, and service. Service comes with prompt telephone resolutions of items the customers purchase. Keep your poor customer service telephone systems and lose the dissatisfied customer FOREVER!.
Nobody receives the people dominated kind of telephone service we enjoyed before Robies anymore. Mr. Bell created a monster for Artificial Intelligence to screw up.
Telephone operators were so appreciated by my generation; However you of the robotic telephone service of today and the future seem to be doomed to the Robies!
