I wish to incite all Christians to rise up and take back the United States of America with all of God's manifold blessings. We want the free allowance of the Bible and prayers allowed again in schools, halls of justice, and all governing bodies. We don't seek a theocracy until Jesus returns to earth because all men are weak and power corrupts the very best of them.
We want to be a kinder and gentler people without slavery or condescension to any.

The world seems to be in a time of discontent among the populace. Christians should not fear. God is Love, shown best through Jesus Christ. God is still in control. All Glory to our Creator and to our God!

A favorite quote from my good friend, Jack Plymale, which I appreciate:

Wake Forest Sarr to University of Kentucky ... Thx KSR!

Wake Forest star center Olivier Sarr is officially a Kentucky Wildcat.

This afternoon, the 7-foot center native of France announced his commitment to Kentucky, opting to transfer to UK over a return to Wake Forest, among interest from more than a dozen high-profile schools such as Duke, Baylor, Florida State, and Gonzaga.

“First of all, I want to thank everyone at Wake Forest – everyone from the fans, to my teammates, to all the coaches, the staff, the administration, my teachers, our academic support team, the RAs, managers and so many others – for all they’ve done for me the last three years.

All of you worked with me to make me a better person, a better basketball player, and a better man. I am indebted to all of you for the experience I’ve had the last three seasons. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

To all the fans at Wake Forest, thank you for adopting me and making me one of your own. I’ll never forget my time in Winston-Salem and the memories our team made playing for you. Once a Demon Deacon, always a Demon Deacon.

With everything that has happened in the last 2-3 weeks, I’ve had a lot to think about and consider. If I’m being honest, it’s been an emotional struggle for me. Coach Manniing and the staff were family. After thinking deeply about it, talking with my support system, and weighing my future, I just didn’t feel like I could be at my best by returning to Wake Forest. With that said, I have decided to finish my career at the University of Kentucky and take the challenge. I want to thank everyone for their kindness and respect in coming to this decision. I will always be a fan of Wake Forest.

“BBN, I can’t wait to get started.”

“I felt that was the best fit and the best opportunity for me,” Sarr said in an interview with ESPN. “Being able to play for that great program and showcase my winning drive on that stage. Coach Cal made me understand that I was needed over there.”

Sarr told ESPN that Calipari – who talked with Sarr’s family, including his 15-year old brother, Alexandre, via Zoom after entering the NCAA Transfer Portal – felt he was the perfect fit in terms of experience and leadership, something the young Wildcats desperately needed.

“Cal told me that, as always, he has a young team,” Sarr said. “They are really talented. Without me, they are the No. 1 recruiting class in the country. But they don’t have the experience that I have from playing in the ACC. He wants me to be a leader, to show them and tell them how college basketball is. I will be a great example for them. It was clear from the talks that they needed me. They needed experience.”

Sarr – considered the top transfer on the market – earned third-team All-ACC honors last season after averaging 13.7 points and 9.0 rebounds for the Demon Deacons. He finished the year with 11 double-doubles and managed numerous dominant performances to close out the season, scoring 25 points in a win over Duke and a 30-point, 17-rebound outing against Notre Dame.
