Hi guys, I have a copy of this Bill and the man who wrote this article is so correct. Yep,
for every bank transaction you do including automatic deposits, the bank will deduct one percent
from your account. Guess we need to find another place to park our bucks! Maybe we citizens
should consider banding together and start or our Citizens for American's Bank. Wouldn't that
be interesting. Marge

Well, the hits from Obama just keep coming. Look what's coming in November!
Send this to those whom you know. We must defeat him in November or our way of life as we know it, is over.
CAN NO ONE PUSH AGAINST THIS + WHERE ARE WE GOING EXCEPT TO A SOCIALIST DICTATOR SHIP WITH HIM!!!
1% tax on all bank transactions HR 4646
This government just cannot think of enough ways to hurt the American people! This Bill must die FORWARD THIS TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW!
1% tax on all bank transactions HR 4646 - ANOTHER NEW OBAMA TAX SLIPPED IN WHILE WE WERE ASLEEP.
Checked this on snopes, it's true! Check out HR 4646. (see below copied from Snopes)
President Obama's finance team is recommending a one percent (1%) transaction fee (TAX). Obama's plan is to sneak it in after the November
elections to keep it under the radar.
This is a 1% tax on all transactions at any financial institution - banks, credit unions, savings and loans, etc. Any deposit you make, or even a transfer within your account, will have a 1% tax charged.
~If your paycheck or your social security or whatever is direct deposit, it will get a 1% tax charged for the transaction.
~If your paycheck is $1000, then you will pay Obama $10 just for the privilege of depositing your paycheck in your bank. Even if you hand carry your paycheck or any check into your bank for a deposit, 1% tax will be charged.~You receive a $5,000 stock dividend from your broker, Obama takes $50 just to allow you to deposit that check in the bank.
~If you take $1,000 cash to deposit at your bank, 1% tax will be charged.
Mind you, this is from the man who promised that, if you make under $250,000 per year, you will not see one penny of new tax. Keep your eyes and ears open, you will be amazed at what you learn about this guy's under-the-table moves to increase the number of ways you are taxed.
~Oh, and by the way, you receive a refund from the IRS next year and you have it direct deposited or you walk in to deposit that check, you guessed it. You will pay a 1% charge of that money just for putting it in your bank. Remember,
any money, cash, check or whatever, no matter where it came from, you will pay a 1% fee if you put it in the bank.
Some will say, oh well, it's just 1%. Are you kidding me? It's a 1% tax increase across the board. Remember, once the tax is there, they can also raise it at will. And if anyone protests, they will just say, "oh,that's not really a tax, it's a user fee"! Think this is no big deal? Go back and look at the transactions you
made from last year's banking statements. Then add the total of all those transactions and deduct 1%.
Still think it's no big deal???
1. snopes.com: Debt Free America Act - Is the U.S. government proposing a 1% tax on debit card usage and/or banking transactions?

deFazio D-Oregon and US Senator Tom Harkin D-Iowa. Their plan is

I wish to incite all Christians to rise up and take back the United States of America with all of God's manifold blessings. We want to be a kinder and gentler people without slavery or condescension to any.
The world seems to be in a time of discontent among the populace. Christians should not fear. God is Love, shown best through Jesus Christ. God is still in control. All Glory to our Creator and to our God!
A favorite quote from my good friend, Jack Plymale, which I appreciate:
"Wars are planned by old men,in council rooms apart. They plan for greater armament, they map the battle chart, but: where sightless eyes stare out, beyond life's vanished joys, I've noticed, somehow, all the dead and mamed are hardly more than boys(Grantland Rice per our mutual friend, Sarah Rapp)."
Thanks Jack!

Dec. 24, 1998: Usama Bin Laden speaks to a selected group of reporters in the mountains of Helmand Province in southern Afghanistan.
WASHINGTON – Helicopters descended out of darkness on the most important counterterrorism mission in U.S. history. It was an operation so secret, only a select few U.S. officials knew what was about to happen.
The location was a fortified compound in an affluent Pakistani town two hours outside Islamabad. The target was Osama bin Laden.
Intelligence officials discovered the compound in August while monitoring an al-Qaida courier. The CIA had been hunting that courier for years, ever since detainees told interrogators that the courier was so trusted by bin Laden that he might very well be living with the al-Qaida leader.
Nestled in an affluent neighborhood, the compound was surrounded by walls as high as 18 feet, topped with barbed wire. Two security gates guarded the only way in. A third-floor terrace was shielded by a seven-foot privacy wall. No phone lines or Internet cables ran to the property. The residents burned their garbage rather than put it out for collection. Intelligence officials believed the million-dollar compound was built five years ago to protect a major terrorist figure. The question was, who?
The CIA asked itself again and again who might be living behind those walls. Each time, they concluded it was almost certainly bin Laden.
President Barack Obama described the operation in broad strokes Sunday night. Details were provided in interviews with counterterrorism and intelligence authorities, senior administration officials and other U.S. officials. All spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss the sensitive operation.
By mid-February, intelligence from multiple sources was clear enough that Obama wanted to "pursue an aggressive course of action," a senior administration official said. Over the next two and a half months, Obama led five meetings of the National Security Council focused solely on whether bin Laden was in that compound and, if so, how to get him, the official said.
Normally, the U.S. shares its counterterrorism intelligence widely with trusted allies in Britain, Canada, Australia and elsewhere. And the U.S. normally does not carry out ground operations inside Pakistan without collaboration with Pakistani intelligence. But this mission was too important and too secretive.
On April 29, Obama approved an operation to kill bin Laden. It was a mission that required surgical accuracy, even more precision than could be delivered by the government's sophisticated Predator drones. To execute it, Obama tapped a small contingent of the Navy's elite SEAL Team Six and put them under the command of CIA Director Leon Panetta, whose analysts monitored the compound from afar.
Panetta was directly in charge of the team, a U.S. official said, and his conference room was transformed into a command center.
Details of exactly how the raid unfolded remain murky. But the al-Qaida courier, his brother and one of bin Laden's sons were killed. No Americans were injured. Senior administration officials will only say that bin Laden "resisted." And then the man behind the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil died from an American bullet to his head.
It was mid-afternoon in Virginia when Panetta and his team received word that bin Laden was dead. Cheers and applause broke out across the conference room.

If this is true it proves once again that the U.S. will get our target, no matter how long it takes. However there still has not been any pictures released to prove this claim. He has eluded us before. I true hope that the NAVY seals succeded in killing him. Obama may get credit for the mission but he is not the one who carried it out. I just want to see proof the nut case is really dead. Like Flag anuddertot 14 minutes ago
Thank you Seal Team Six and all others who participated in the operation. For those people who don't believe Obama, rest assured you can believe 40 Seals. For those of you who wonder why he was buried at sea, don't worry about it. You can be sure his DNA was preserved, he was photographed. His fingers are probably sitting in a jar somewhere. His Saudi family renounced him. A DNA comparison with them should satisfy even the most ardent conspiracy theorist. It's a great day. Like 2 people liked this. Flag endangrdrights 25 minutes ago
Vengence is a dish best served cold. Now 20 "middle managers" in his terror organization will be scrambling to succeed him, and out do him.
Sadly, we will never be able to end the viligence. This is this evil man's legacy. But we will not live in fear of the next generation of evil, in the end we will win. Like Flag rickpetri 25 minutes ago
Taking him alive might have been tough and it would've ended in a show trial dragging on for months or years. BUT, as many have said, when Obama's lips move he lies, so let's see the pictures. I don't care who putin the final bullet, but show me the pictures. Like Flag freespeech1776 51 minutes ago

osama dead! he deserves NO capital letters!
Ironically, I learned this shortly after midnight from an excellent Kentucky basketball internet source, which is LED by some decidedly liberal people, but followed by many decidedly conservative Kentucky fans!
I immediately went to http://www.foxnews,com/ because I simply don't trust most of US media. Then I have been watching Fox News TV and learned much more. Apparently CIA intelligence had osama staked out in a three story lavish home like building in Obamaban(?) Pakistan. A team of forty Navy Seals arrived by helicopter about 1 to 4 PM Sunday afternoon, May 1 at the compound. No Americans were klilled; however a gun fight ensued and osama, who had been given the option of surrendering, resisted and was shot in the middle of his forehead just above his eyes ansd many other places. PakistanTV has shown his gruesome after death picture but not yet on American TV. A lady was also killed who was being used as a human shield. I would say that was cowardly as expected. One of osama's sons was also killed and a couple of other Al Quaeda men.
Warnings that the fight against Al Quaeda terrorists is not over were issued by people in knowledgable military and security positions were sounded over Fox News. Thousands of mostly young people draped in flag apparel; were shown on Fox outside the White House and in Times Square, NYC.
A lady Fox coprrespondent from Washington stated that the body is in the hands of the USA; however muslim custom is that the body be buried within 24 hours and the US is debating whether to hand the body over to Pakistan, Afghanistan, or Saudi Arabia for burial should happen; but osama must, by muslim custom, be buried within 24 hours. Burial at sea was mentioned and, to me, that is the better option. No site for pilgrimage of terrorists in the future should be made possible.
Now, I am going to bed. I must get up and tutor tomaorrow at Columbus State Community college. Got to get a little more sleep.
Like Hitler's death, which we were unsure of for long after, another tyrant of the worst ilk has been brought to justice.
The president issued good words in his speech about 11:30 last night, and even I must credit him for allowing the security and military to do their difficult jobs.
I am unsure what God (who knows) he cited, but he did say God bless America! As a Conservative Christian, I have offered my prayers to God on this eventful occurence without the deaths of American Navy Seals. There is more bravery among our service people than we will ever truly realize.

Gitmo boys cannot be happy with osama's death!
Gitmo residents cannot be happy at the news of osama's death. Our president has always been in their camp. Why should we trust the guy?
America the beautiful! osama bin laden is dead!
The irony of having osama's death reported by one who would completely change America should not be lost on us. America was never perfect, but I believe in my heart that America has been blessed by Almighty God.
Islamic extremists, led by this major extremist, may be incited to more riots. Let it be! Good Americans always expect the worst from these bands of terrorists.
Now let some really clever American find ways to prosecute the thief in office of the PUSA soon!

Twitter first revealed osama's death!

Twitter delivers news of bin Laden's death first
by Greg Sandoval
Once again, Twitter carried vital information to Americans ahead of traditional news outlets.
Keith Urbahn, once chief of staff for former Defense Secretary Don Rumsfeld is credited with breaking the story about the death of Osama bin Laden.
(Credit: Twitter) The news that American special forces had killed Osama bin Laden, perhaps the most wanted man in the world, first began to leak when the White House communications director posted on Twitter that President Obama planned to address the nation at 10:30 p.m. eastern time, according to a report in The New York Times.
Word that the president would address the nation live from the White House also touched off speculation on Twitter and other social networks--much of it erroneous, before--broadcast TV or news agencies could react.
According to the Times, the first scoop didn't come from that paper, the Washington Post, or ABC News. Keith Urbahn, once chief of staff for former defense secretary Donald Rumsfeld, posted this note on Twitter: "So I'm told by a reputable person they have killed Osama Bin Laden. Hot damn."
Chalk another one up again for citizen journalism and micro blogging. Twitter already has a load of scoops to its credit, such as being home to some of the first reports and photographs on the heroic crash landing of a U.S. Airways commercial jet on New York's Hudson River. Nonprofessional journalists using Twitter were first to report about the fatal shooting at Fort Hood in November 2009.
But tonight's news was by far the weightiest story that Twitter has ever helped to break.
Bin Laden was the head of the al-Qaeda terrorist organization and the architect of behind the September 11, 2001, airplane hijackings and attacks on New York and Washington, D.C., resulting in the immediate death of more than 3,000 Americans.
During his speech, President Obama told the country that a small group of American troops had staked out a compound in Pakistan where a tip led them to believe bin Laden was hiding out. He authorized a small team of U.S. forces to assault the compound. A firefight ensued and bin was killed. U.S. authorities are now in possession of bin Laden's body.

Usama bin Laden is dead, putting an end to the worldwide manhunt that began nearly a decade ago on Sept. 11, 2001. The architect of the deadliest terror attack on U.S. soil was killed a week ago inside Pakistan by a U.S. bomb.
President Obama announced the stunning development during an address to the nation late Sunday night from the White House.
“Tonight, I can report to the American people and to the world that the United States has conducted an operation that killed Usama bin Laden, the leader of Al Qaeda.”
The U.S. had been waiting for the results of a DNA test to confirm his identity before going public. Sources said the vice president informed congressional leaders late Sunday night that the world’s most wanted man had indeed been killed.
The announcement comes nearly a decade after the 2001 terror attacks which triggered the Afghanistan war and started a tireless hunt for the terrorist mastermind and Al Qaeda leader.
Sources tell Fox News that Usama Bin Laden, the Saudi Arabian–born leader of Al Qaeda is widely known as the most dangerous terrorist on the planet, has been killed.
A small team of Americans carried out the attack and took custody of bin Laden's remains, the president said in a dramatic late-night statement at the White House.
A jubilant crowd gathered outside the White House as word spread of bin Laden's death after a global manhunt that lasted nearly a decade.
"Justice has been done," the president said.
The development comes just months before the tenth anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks on the World Trade Center towers in New York and Pentagon in Washington, orchestrated by bin Laden's al-Qaeda organization, that killed more than 3,000 people.
The attacks set off a chain of events that led the United States into wars in Afghanistan, and then Iraq, and America's entire intelligence apparatus was overhauled to counter the threat of more terror attacks at home.
Al-Qaeda organization was also blamed for the 1998 bombings of two U.S. embassies in Africa that killed 231 people and the 2000 attack on the USS Cole that killed 17 American sailors in Yemen, as well as countless other plots, some successful and some foiled.
In light of bin Laden’s death, authorities around the world are being urged to take security precautions. One source said officials are concerned bin Laden’s death could incite violence or terrorist acts against U.S. personnel overseas.
