ENLIGHTENING & very Interesting:    WHO TOOK MY MONEY? Actually,  Democrat   President Kennedy and Sergeant Shriver were the first ones to misuse the Social Security account.  They used Social Security funds to start the Peace Corps.   Not the first or last time our money has been taken from American citizens and given to foreign nations. Things every US citizen should know and remember about Social Security and changes made: A History Lesson on Your Social Security Card . . . Just in case some of you young whippersnappers (& some older ones) didn't know this.   It's easy to check out, if you don't believe it.    Be sure and show it to your family and friends   .   They need a little history lesson on what's what and it doesn't matter whether you are Democrat or Republican . . . Facts are Facts Social Security Cards, until the 1980s, expressly stated that the number and card were NOT to be used for identification purposes.   Because nearly everyone in the United States now has a number, it became convenient to use it anyway and the message,  NOT FOR IDENTIFICATION, was removed. Franklin Roosevelt, a Democrat, introduced the Social Security (FICA) Program. He promised: 1.) That participation in the program would be completely voluntary. No longer voluntary. 2.) That the participants would only have to pay 1% of the first $1,400 of their annual Incomes into the program. Now 7.65% on the first $90,000. 3.) That the money the participants elected to put into the Program would be deductible from their income for tax purposes each year. No longer tax deductible 4.) That the money the participants put into the independent 'Trust Fund' rather than into the general operating fund, and therefore, would only be used to fund the Social Security Retirement Program, and no other government program. Under Democrat President Lyndon Johnson, the money was moved to the General Fund and Spent. 5.) That the annuity payments to the retirees would never be taxed as income. Under Democrats Clinton & Gore, up to 85% of your Social Security can be taxed. Because many of us have paid into FICA for years and are now receiving a Social Security check every month and then finding that we are getting taxed on 85% of the money we paid to the Federal government to 'put away' -- you may be interested in the following: Q: Which Political Party took Social Security from the independent 'Trust Fund' and put it into the general fund so that Congress could spend it? A: It was Lyndon Johnson and the Democrat-controlled House and Senate. Q: Which Political Party eliminated the income tax deduction for Social Security (FICA) withholding? A: The Democrat Party   . Q: Which political party started taxing Social Security annuities? A: The Democrat Party. Al Gore cast the 'tie-breaking' deciding vote as President of the Senate while he was Vice President of the U.S. Q: Which political party decided to start giving annuity payments to immigrants? A: That's right! Jimmy Carter and the Democrat Party. Immigrants moved into this country, and at age 65, began to receive Social Security payments! The Democrat Party gave these payments to them, even though they never paid a dime into it! Then, after violating the original contract (FICA),  the Democrats   turn around and tell you that the Republicans want to take your Social Security away! And the worst part about it is that  uninformed citizens believe it! If enough people receive this, maybe a seed of awareness will be planted and maybe changes will evolve. But it's worth a try. How many people can YOU send this to? Actions speak louder than bumper stickers. PLEASE DO KEEP THIS ONE ROLLING ACROSS THE COUNTRY.

                 A man and a woman in a hot air balloon realized they were lost. They lowered their altitude and spotted a man in a boat below. The woman shouted to him.

She rolled her eyes and said, "You must be a Republican.”
  
"I am," replied the man. "How did you know?"
  
"Well," answered the balloonist, "everything you told me is technically correct. But I have no idea what to do with your information, and we're still lost. Frankly, you've not been much help to us."
  
The man smiled and responded, "You must be a Democrat."
  
"We both are," replied the balloonist. "How did you know?"
  
"Well," said the man, "you don't know where you are - or where you are going. You've risen to where you are, due to a large quantity of hot air. You made a promise you have no idea how to keep, and you expect me to solve your problem. You're in exactly the same position you were in before we met, but somehow, now it's all my fault.

 (1) Isn't it weird that in America our flag and our culture offend so many people, but our benefits don't?

(2) How can the federal government ask U.S. citizens to pay back student loans, when illegal aliens are receiving a free education?

(3) Only in America are legal citizens labeled "racists" and "Nazis," but illegal aliens are called "Dreamers."

(4) Liberals say, "If confiscating all guns saves just one life, it's worth it."  Well then, if deporting all illegals saves just one life, wouldn't that be worth it?

Here are six Conundrums of Socialism in the United States of America :   
  
1.  America is capitalist and greedy - yet half of the population is subsidized.   
  
2. Half of the population is subsidized - yet they think they are victims.   
  
3. They think they are victims - yet their representatives run the government.   
  
4. Their representatives run the government - yet the poor keep getting poorer.   
  
5. The poor keep getting poorer - yet they have things that people in other Countries only dream about.   
  
6. They have things that people in other countries only dream about, yet they want America to be more like those other countries. 
  
Think about it!   And that, my friends, pretty much sums up the USA in the 21st Century.  
              
Makes you wonder who is doing the math.   By the way... 

1. We are advised to NOT judge ALL Muslims by the actions of a few lunatics, But we are encouraged to judge ALL gun owners by the actions of a few lunatics. 
Funny how that works.  And here's another one worth considering.. 

  2. Seems we constantly hear about how Social Security is going to run out of money.  But we never hear about welfare or food stamps running out of money?  What's interesting is the first group "worked for" their money, but the second didn't. 
Think about it.....     Am I the only one missing something?

The Americans With No Abilities Act (ANAA)

Democratic Senators are considering introducing legislation that will provide new benefits for many more Americans. The Americans With No Abilities Act is being hailed as a major legislative goal by advocates of the millions of Americans who lack any real skills and ambition.

“Roughly 50 percent of Americans do not possess the competence and drive necessary to carve out a meaningful role for themselves in society,” said California Sen. Barbara Boxer. “We can no longer stand by and allow People of Inability (POI) to be ridiculed and passed over. With this legislation, employers will no longer be able to grant special favors to a small group of workers, simply because they have some idea of what they are doing.”

In a Capitol Hill press conference, Nancy Pelosi pointed to the success of the U.S. Postal Service, which has a long-standing policy of providing opportunity without regard to performance. At the state government level, the Department of Motor Vehicles also has an excellent record of hiring Persons with No Ability (63 percent).

Under the Americans With No Abilities Act, more than 25 million mid-level positions will be created, with important-sounding titles but little real responsibility, thus providing an illusory sense of purpose and performance.

 Finally, the Americans With No Abilities Act contains tough new measures to make it more difficult to discriminate against the non-abled, banning, for example, discriminatory interview questions such as, “Do you have any skills or experience that relate to this job?”

“As a non-abled person, I can’t be expected to keep up with people who have something going for them,” said Mary Lou Gertz, who lost her position as a lug-nut twister at the GM plant in Flint, Mich., due to her inability to remember “righty tighty, lefty loosey”. “This new law should be real good for people like me. I’ll finally have job security.” With the passage of this bill, Gertz and millions of other untalented citizens will finally see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Said Sen. Dick Durbin, II: “As a senator with no abilities, I believe the same privileges that elected officials enjoy ought to be extended to every American with no abilities. It is our duty as lawmakers to provide each and every American citizen, regardless of his or her inadequacy, with some sort of space to take up in this great nation and a good salary for doing so.”

This message was approved by Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Diane Feinstein, Barbara Boxer, Maxine Waters, Elizabeth Warren & Nancy Pelosi........all Americans With No Abilities whatsoever!!

Finally the truth comes out...

The king wanted to go fishing. He called on the royal weather  forecaster 

and inquired as to the weather forecast for the next few  hours.

 

The weatherman assured him that there was no chance of rain in the  coming days,  So the king went fishing with his wife, the queen. On  the way he met a farmer on his donkey. 

 

Upon seeing the king the farmer said, "Your Majesty, you should  return to the palace! In just a short time I expect a huge amount of  rain to fall in 

this area".

 

The king was polite and considerate, he replied: "I hold the palace

meteorologist in high regard. He is an extensively educated and

experienced professional. And besides, I pay him very high wages. He  gave me a very different forecast I trust him."

 

So the king continued on his way. However, a short time later a  torrential

rain fell from the sky. The King and Queen were totally  soaked and their

entourage chuckled upon seeing them in such a  shameful condition.

 

Furious, the king returned to the palace and gave the order to fire  the

professional. Then he summoned the farmer and offered him the  prestigious and high paying role of royal forecaster.

 

The farmer said, "Your Majesty, I do not know anything about  forecasting. I obtain my information from my donkey. If I see my  donkey's ears drooping, it means with  certainty that it will rain." 

 

So the king hired the donkey.

 

And thus began the practice of hiring dumb asses to work in the  government and occupy its highest and most influential positions.  The practice is unbroken to this date and the democrat symbol was  born.
