Recently, while I was working in the flower beds in the front yard, my neighbors stopped to chat as they returned home from walking their dog.

During our friendly conversation, I asked their 12 year old daughter what she wanted to be when she grows up. She said she wanted to be President some day.
-
Both of her parents - liberal Democrats - were standing there, so I asked her, "If you were President what would be the first thing you would do?"

She replied, "I'd give food and houses to all the homeless people."

Her parents beamed with pride!

"Wow...what a worthy goal!" I said. "But you don't have to wait until you're President to do that!" I told her.

"What do you mean?" she replied.
-
So I told her, "You can come over to my house and mow the lawn, pull weeds, and trim my hedge, and I'll pay you $50. Then you can go over to the grocery store where the homeless guy hangs out, and you can give him the $50 to use toward food and a new house."

She thought that over for a few seconds, then she looked me straight in the eye and asked, "Why doesn't the homeless guy come over and do the work, and you can just pay him the $50?"

I said, "Welcome to the Republican Party."

-- The problems we face today are there because the people who work for a living are out numbered by the people that vote for a living.

The current Occupy Wall Street movement is the best illustration to date of what President Barack Obama's America looks like. It is an America where the lawless, unaccomplished, ignorant and incompetent rule. It is an America where those who have sacrificed nothing pillage and destroy the lives of those who have sacrificed greatly.

It is an America where history is rewritten to honor dictators, murderers and thieves. It is an America where violence, racism, hatred, class warfare and of murder are all promoted as acceptable means of overturning the American civil society.

It is an America where humans have been degraded to the level of animals: of defecating in public, having sex in public, devoid of basic hygiene. It is an America where the basic tenets of a civil society, including faith, family, a free press and individual rights, have been always rejected. It is an America where our founding documents have been now shredded and, with them, every person's guaranteed liberties.

It is an America where, ultimately, great suffering will come to the American people, but the rulers like Obama, Michelle Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, Joe Biden, Jesse Jackson, Louis Farrakhan, liberal college professors, union bosses and all other loyal liberal/Communist Party members will live in opulent splendor.

It is the America that Obama and the Democrat Party have now created with all the willing assistance of the American media, Hollywood, unions, universities, the Communist Party of America, the Black Panthers and numerous anti-American foreign entities.

Barack Obama has brought more destruction upon this country in three years than any other event in the history of our nation. The Occupy Wall Street movement is just another step in their plan for the annihilation of America.

For those of us interested in the truth, the following account is familiar. I, and my guess you, remember Bush’s administration warning the Democrats on several occasions that the loans they guaranteed Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to lend were going to cause trouble eventually. I remember both Barney Frank and Shirley Waters saying right on TV camera that those lending companies were not in any trouble. Now we all know that was wrong. Both either didn’t have a clue or downright lied to other members of Congress and the American people. As bad as so many of our memories are (mine included), all of us need to be reminded of the following. I’m doing my part by forwarding this on to you. I hope you will follow suit. RB

Jan 3, 2007 ~~~ Time for a reminder. Anyone who pays much attention to the news already knows the following is true. The problem is we tend to forget and this coming election is too important to forget. Don’t just skim over this, read it slowly and let it sink in. If in doubt, check it out. It is easy to check out.


The day the democrats took over was not January 22nd 2009. It was actually January 3rd 2007, the day the Democrats took over the House of Representatives and the Senate, at the very start of the 110th Congress. The Democrat Party controlled a majority in both chambers for the first time since the end of the 103rd Congress in 1995.

For those who are listening to the liberals propagating the fallacy that everything is "Bush's Fault," think about this: January 3rd, 2007 was the day the Democrats took over the Senate and the Congress. At the time:


The DOW Jones closed at 12,621.77



The GDP for the previous quarter was 3.5%



The Unemployment rate was 4.6%

Remember the day... January 3rd, 2007 was the day that Barney Frank took over the House Financial Services Committee and Chris Dodd took over the Senate Banking Committee. The economic meltdown that happened 15 months later was in what part of the economy? BANKING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES!


THANK YOU DEMOCRATS for taking us from almost 13,000 DOW, 3.5 GDP and 4.6% unemployment to this CRISIS by (among MANY other things) dumping 5-6 TRILLION Dollars of toxic loans on the economy from YOUR Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac FIASCOES!



(BTW: Bush asked Congress 17 TIMES to stop Fannie & Freddie - starting in 2001 because it was financially risky for the US economy).


And who took the THIRD highest pay-off from Fannie Mae AND Freddie Mac? OBAMA. And who fought against reform of Fannie and Freddie? OBAMA and the Democrat Congress So when someone tries to blame Bush... REMEMBER JANUARY 3rd, 2007.... THE DAY THE DEMOCRATS TOOK OVER! Bush may have been in the car but the Democrats were in charge of the gas pedal and steering wheel.


Budgets do not come from the White House. (The previous sentence is wrong. Budgets DO come from the White House but they have to be approved by the Congress. The President himself cannot spend a dime. ALL expenditures must be Congressionally approved.) The party that controlled Congress since January 2007 is the Democrat Party. Therefore, the Democrats controlled the budget process not only for 2010 and 2011, but for 2008 & 2009 as well. In that first year, they had to contend with George Bush, which caused them to compromise on spending when Bush somewhat belatedly got tough on spending increases. For 2008 though, Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reid bypassed George Bush entirely, passing continuing resolutions to keep government running until Barack Obama could take office in 2009. At that time they passed a massive omnibus spending bill to complete the 2009 budgets. And where was Barack Obama during this time? He was a member of that very Congress that passed all of these massive spending bills, and he signed the omnibus bill as President to complete 2009.


Let's remember what the deficits looked like during that period: If the Democrats inherited any deficit, it was the 2007 deficit, the last of the Republican budgets. That deficit was the lowest in five years, and the fourth straight decline in deficit spending. After that, Democrats in Congress took control of spending, and that includes Barack Obama, who voted for the budgets. If Obama inherited anything, he inherited it from himself. In a nutshell, what Obama is saying is I inherited a deficit that I voted for and then I voted to expand that deficit four-fold since January 20th, 2009.


There is no way this will be widely publicized, unless each of us sends it on!

Forward Article WASHINGTON — In an unforgiving display of partisanship, the Republican-controlled House approved emergency legislation Friday night to avoid an unprecedented government default and Senate Democrats scuttled it less than two hours later in hopes of a better deal.



"We are almost out of time" for a compromise, warned President Barack Obama as U.S. financial markets trembled at the prospect of economic chaos next week. The Dow Jones average fell for a sixth straight session.



Lawmakers in both parties said they were determined to avoid a default, yet there was little evidence of progress — or even significant negotiations — on a compromise during a long day of intense political maneuvering.



The House vote was 218-210, almost entirely along party lines, on a Republican-drafted bill to provide a quick $900 billion increase in U.S. borrowing authority — essential to allow the government to continue paying all its bills — along with $917 billion in cuts from federal spending.



It had been rewritten hastily overnight to say that before any additional increase in the debt limit could take place, Congress must approve a balanced budget-amendment to the Constitution and send it to the states for ratification. That marked a concession to tea party-backed conservatives and others in the rank and file who had thwarted House Speaker John Boehner's attempt to pass the bill Thursday night.



"Today we have a chance to end this debt limit crisis," Boehner declared, his endgame strategy upended by rebels within his own party.



But the changes he made to the House GOP bill further alienated Democrats. And they complicated prospects of a compromise that could clear both houses and win Obama's signature by next Tuesday's deadline.



At the other end of the Capitol, Senate Democrats rejected the measure without so much as a debate. The vote was 59-41, with all Democrats, two independents and six Republicans joining in opposition.



Moments later, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., unveiled an alternative that would cut spending by $2.4 trillion and raise the debt limit by the same amount, enough to meet Obama's terms that it tide the Treasury over until 2013.



Reid invited Republicans to suggest changes, saying, "This is likely our last chance to save this nation from default."



The Senate GOP leader, Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, accused Democrats of "rounding up 'no' votes to keep this crisis alive," and noted the House had passed two bills to raise the debt limit and the Senate none.



The House, eager to return the Senate's favor rejecting the Boehner bill, set a vote to reject Reid's proposal on Saturday. The Senate set a test vote for shortly after midnight on Sunday, a middle-of-the-night roll call that underscored the limited time available to lawmakers



At the same time Reid appealed for bipartisanship, he and other party leaders accused Boehner of caving in to extremists in the GOP ranks — "the last holdouts of the tea party," Sen. Richard Durbin of Illinois called them.



Republicans conceded that the overnight delay had weakened Boehner's hand in the endgame with Obama and Senate Democrats.



But the Ohio Republican drew applause from his rank and file when he said the House, alone, had advanced legislation to cut deficits, and that he had "stuck his neck out" in recent weeks in hopes of concluding a sweeping deficit reduction deal with Obama.



Boehner's measure would provide a quick $900 billion increase in borrowing authority — essential for the U.S. to keep paying all its bills after next Tuesday — and $917 billion in spending cuts. After the bill's latest alteration, any future increases in the debt limit would be contingent on Congress approving the constitutional amendment and sending it to the states for ratification.



"With conservatives insisting on the addition of a balanced-budget amendment requirement, Speaker Boehner's bill will now cut, cap and balance" federal spending, said Rep. Jeff Flake of Arizona as Friday's scheduled vote approached.



The White House called the bill a non-starter. Press secretary Jay Carney issued a statement that called it a "political exercise" and said congressional leaders should turn their efforts to a compromise that Obama can sign by Tuesday.



The developments occurred one day after Boehner was forced to postpone a vote in the House for fear the earlier version of his measure would suffer a defeat. But by forcing a delay the conservative rebels upended the leadership's strategy of making their bill the only one that could clear Congress before a default and win Obama's reluctant signature.



"Everybody acknowledges that because of the dust-up yesterday we've lost some leverage," said Rep. Steven LaTourette, R-Ohio, an ally of the speaker.



The rebels said they were more worried about stemming the nation's steady rise of red ink.



Rep. Jeff Landry, R-La., a, a first-term lawmaker, issued a statement saying his pressure had paid off.



"The American people have strongly renewed their November calls of bringing fiscal sanity to Washington. I am blessed to be a vehicle driving their wishes to fruition," he said. "This plan is not a Washington deal but a real solution to fundamentally change the way Washington operates."



Administration officials say that without legislation in place by Tuesday, the Treasury will no longer be able to pay all its bills. The result could inflict significant damage on the economy, they add, causing interest rates to rise and financial markets to sink.



Executives from the country's biggest banks met with U.S. Treasury officials to discuss how debt auctions will be handled if Congress fails to raise the borrowing limit before Tuesday's deadline.



But Carney said the administration did not plan to provide the public with details Friday on how the government will prioritize payments.



The day's economic news wasn't very upbeat to begin with — an economy that grew at an annual rate of only 1.3 percent in the second quarter of the year.



The Dow Jones industrial average suffered through a sixth straight day of losses, and bond yields fell as investors sought safer investments in the event of a default.



At the White House, Obama cited the potential toll on the economy as he urged lawmakers to find a way out of gridlock.



He said that for all the partisanship, the two sides were not that far apart. Both agree on initial spending cuts to take effect in exchange for an increase in the debt limit, he said, as well as on a way to consider additional reductions in government benefit programs in the coming months.



"And if we need to put in place some kind of enforcement mechanism to hold us all accountable for making these reforms, I'll support that, too, if it's done in a smart and balanced way," he said.



That went to the crux of the conflict — his insistence that Congress raise the government's borrowing authority by enough to avoid a repeat of the current crisis during the heat of the 2012 election campaigns.



Republicans have resisted, accusing him of injecting purely political considerations into the debt limit negotiations.



But Boehner's failure to line up the votes for his legislation Thursday night seemed to embolden Democrats.



Obama asked his 9.4 million followers on Twitter to send tweets to Republican lawmakers.



"The time for putting party first is over. If you want to see a bipartisan (hash)compromise, let Congress know. Call. Email. Tweet," Obama wrote in a tweet, signed "-BO."

The Cloward–Piven strategy is a political strategy outlined by Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven, then both sociologists and political activists at the Columbia University School of Social Work, in a 1966 article in The Nation entitled "The Weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty".[1] The two were critical of the public welfare system, and their strategy called for overloading that system to force a different set of policies to address poverty. They stated that many Americans who were eligible for welfare were not receiving benefits, and that a welfare enrollment drive would strain local budgets, precipitating a crisis at the state and local levels that would be a wake-up call for the federal government, particularly the Democratic Party, thus forcing it to implement a national solution to poverty. Cloward and Piven wrote that “the ultimate objective of this strategy [would be] to wipe out poverty by establishing a guaranteed annual income...”[2] There would also be side consequences of this strategy, according to Cloward and Piven. These would include: easing the plight of the poor in the short-term (through their participation in the welfare system); shoring up support for the national Democratic Party then-splintered by pluralist interests (through its cultivation of poor and minority constituencies by implementing a national solution to poverty); relieving local governments of the financially and politically onerous burdens of public welfare (through a national solution to poverty).

[edit] The strategyCloward and Piven’s article is focused on forcing the Democratic Party, which in 1966 controlled the presidency and both houses of the United States Congress, to take federal action to help the poor. They stated that full enrollment of those eligible for welfare “would produce bureaucratic disruption in welfare agencies and fiscal disruption in local and state governments” that would “deepen existing divisions among elements in the big-city Democratic coalition: the remaining white middle class, the working-class ethnic groups and the growing minority poor. To avoid a further weakening of that historic coalition, a national Democratic administration would be constrained to advance a federal solution to poverty that would override local welfare failures, local class and racial conflicts and local revenue dilemmas.”[3] They wrote:



The ultimate objective of this strategy—to wipe out poverty by establishing a guaranteed annual income—will be questioned by some. Because the ideal of individual social and economic mobility has deep roots, even activists seem reluctant to call for national programs to eliminate poverty by the outright redistribution of income.[3]



Michael Reisch and Janice Andrews wrote that Cloward and Piven "proposed to create a crisis in the current welfare system – by exploiting the gap between welfare law and practice – that would ultimately bring about its collapse and replace it with a system of guaranteed annual income. They hoped to accomplish this end by informing the poor of their rights to welfare assistance, encouraging them to apply for benefits and, in effect, overloading an already overburdened bureaucracy."[4]

"Conservative Republicans are always ready to declaim the evils of public welfare, and they would probably be the first to raise a hue and cry. But deeper and politically more telling conflicts would take place within the Democratic coalition," they wrote. "Whites – both working class ethnic groups and many in the middle class – would be aroused against the ghetto poor, while liberal groups, which until recently have been comforted by the notion that the poor are few... would probably support the movement. Group conflict, spelling political crisis for the local party apparatus, would thus become acute as welfare rolls mounted and the strains on local budgets became more severe.”[5]



[edit] Reception and criticismAccording to historian Robert E. Weir, the original goal of the strategy was to bring about a crisis in the welfare system that would require radical reforms. "Although the strategy helped to boost recipient numbers between 1966 and 1975, the revolution its proponents envisioned never transpired."[6]



Robert Albritton found that the data did not support the Cloward-Piven thesis, and offered an alternative explanation for the rise in welfare caseloads.[7]



Howard Phillips, chairman of the Conservative Caucus, was quoted in 1982 as saying that the strategy could be effective because "Great Society programs 'had created a vast army of full-time liberal activists whose salaries are paid from the taxes of conservative working people."[8]



John McWhorter states that Cloward-Piven "created generations of black people for whom working for a living is an abstraction."[9]



[edit] Recent conservative mentions and responseConservative Fox News commentator Glenn Beck has referred to the "Cloward-Piven Strategy" on his broadcast since 2009. On February 18, 2010, he said, "you’ve got total destruction of wealth coming....It’s the final phase of the Cloward Piven strategy, which is collapse the system." [10]



Other commentators have blamed Cloward-Piven for the bankruptcy of New York City in 1975, [11], for an attack on the electoral vote system leading to the Florida recount crisis[12] and, like Glenn Beck, have suggested that President Obama's economic strategy was inspired by Cloward Piven.[13]



Liberal weekly The Nation, in which the original essay appeared in 1966, calls such assertions "a reactionary paranoid fantasy..." but says that "the left's gut reaction upon hearing of it--to laugh it off as a Scooby-Doo comic mystery--does nothing to blunt its appeal or limit its impact."[14] The Nation later noted that Beck blames the "Cloward-Piven Strategy" for "the financial crisis of 2008, healthcare reform, Obama's election and massive voter fraud" and has resulted in the posting of much violent and threatening rhetoric by users on Beck's website, including death threats against Frances Fox Piven.[15] For her part, Piven vigorously continues to defend the original idea, calling its conservative interpretation "lunatic".[16]

Dear President Obama:



You are the thirteenth President under whom I have lived and unlike

any of the others, you truly scare me.



You scare me because after months of exposure, I know nothing about you.





You scare me because I do not know how you paid for your expensive

Ivy League education and your upscale lifestyle and housing with no

visible signs of support.



You scare me because you did not spend the formative years of youth

growing up in America and culturally you are not an American.



You scare me because you have never run a company or met a payroll.



You scare me because you have never had military experience, thus

don't understand it at its core.



You scare me because you lack humility and 'class', always blaming others.



You scare me because for over half your life you have aligned

yourself with radical extremists who hate America and you refuse to

publicly denounce these radicals who wish to see America fail..



You scare me because you are a cheerleader for the 'blame America '

crowd and deliver this message abroad.



You scare me because you want to change America to a European style

country where the government sector dominates instead of the private sector.



You scare me because you want to replace our health care system

with a government controlled one.



You scare me because you prefer 'wind mills' to responsibly

capitalizing on our own vast oil, coal and shale reserves.



You scare me because you want to kill the American capitalist goose

that lays the golden egg which provides the highest standard of

living in the world.



You scare me because you have begun to use 'extortion' tactics

against certain banks and corporations.



You scare me because your own political party shrinks from

challenging you on your wild and irresponsible spending proposals.



You scare me because you will not openly listen to or even consider

opposing points of view from intelligent people.



You scare me because you falsely believe that you are both

omnipotent and omniscient.



You scare me because the media gives you a free pass on everything

you do.



You scare me because you demonize and want to silence the

Limbaugh's, Hannity's, O'Reillys and Becks who offer opposing,

conservative points of view.



You scare me because you prefer controlling over governing.



Finally, you scare me because if you serve a second term I will

probably not feel safe in writing a similar letter in 8 years.

OBAMA'S COLLEGE ROOMMATE SPEAKS OUT

Barack Hussien Obama is no fool. He is not incompetent.

To the contrary, he is brilliant. He knows exactly what he's doing.

He is purposely overwhelming the U.S. economy to create systemic failure,

economic crisis and social chaos -- thereby destroying capitalism and

our country from within.



Barack Hussien Obama was my college classmate

( Columbia University , class of '83).

He is a devout Muslim do not be fooled.

Look at his Czars...anti-business..anti- american.

As Glenn Beck correctly predicted from day one, Barack Hussien Obama is

following the plan of Cloward & Piven, two professors at Columbi University .

They outlined a plan to socialize America by overwhelming the system

with government spending and entitlement demands.



Add up the clues below. Taken individually they're alarming.

Taken as a whole, it is a brilliant, Machiavellian game plan to turn

the United States into a socialist/Marxist state with a permanent majority

that desperately needs government for survival ... and can be counted

on to always vote for bigger government.



Why not? They have no responsibility to pay for it.



Universal health care . The health care bill had very little to do with health

care. It had everything to do with unionizing millions of hospital and

health care workers, as well as adding 15,000 to 20,000 new IRS agents (who will join government employee unions).

Obama doesn't care that giving free health care to 30 million Americans

will add trillions to the national debt.

What he does care about is that it cements the dependence of those 30 million voters to Democrats and big government .

Who but a socialist revolutionary would pass this reckless spending bill

in the middle of a depression?



Cap and trade. Like health care legislation having nothing to do with

health care, cap and trade has nothing to do with global warming.

It has everything to do with redistribution of income, government control

of the economy and a criminal payoff to Obama's biggest contributors.

Those powerful and wealthy unions and contributors (like GE, which owns

NBC, MSNBC and CNBC) can then be counted on to support everything Obama wants.

They will kick-back hundreds of millions of dollars in contributions to

Obama and the Democratic Party to keep them in power.

The bonus is that all the new taxes on Americans with bigger cars,

bigger homes and businesses helps Obama "spread the wealth around."



Make Puerto Rico a state. Why? Who's asking for a 51st state?

Who's asking for millions of new welfare recipients and government

entitlement addicts in the middle of a depression?

Certainly not American taxpayers.

But this has been Barack Hussien Obama's plan all along.

His goal is to add two new Democrat senators, five Democrat congressman and a million loyal Democratic voters who are dependent on big government.



Legalize 12 million illegal Mexican immigrants.

Just giving these 12 million potential new citizens free health care alone could overwhelm the system and bankrupt America .

But it adds 12 million reliable new Democrat voters who can be counted

on to support big government.

Add another few trillion dollars in welfare, aid to dependent children,

food stamps, free medical, education, tax credits for the poor, and

eventually Social Security .



Stimulus and bailouts. Where did all that money go?

It went to Democrat contributors, organizations (ACORN), and unions -- including billions of dollars to save or create jobs of government employees across the country.

It went to save GM and Chrysler so that their employees could

keep paying union dues.

It went to AIG so that Goldman Sachs could be bailed out

(after giving Obama almost $1 million in contributions).

A staggering $125 billion went to teachers (thereby protecting their union dues).



All those public employees will vote loyally Democrat to protect their

bloated salaries and pensions that are bankrupting America .

The country goes broke, future generations face a bleak future, but Obama, the Democrat Party, government, and the unions grow more powerful.

The ends justify the means.



Raise taxes on small business owners, high-income earners, and job

creators. Put the entire burden on only the top 20 percent of taxpayers,

redistribute the income, punish success, and reward those who did

nothing to deserve it (except vote for Obama).

Reagan wanted to dramatically cut taxes in order to starve the government. Barack Obama wants to dramatically raise taxes to starve his political opposition. With the acts outlined above, Barack Hussien Obama and his regime have created a vast and rapidly expanding constituency of voters dependent on big government; a vast privileged class of public employees who work for big government; and a government dedicated to destroying capitalism and installing themselves as socialist rulers by overwhelming the

system.



Add it up and you've got the perfect Marxist scheme -- all devised by

my Columbia University college classmate Barack Hussien Obama

using the Cloward and Piven Plan .

Many teachers and state union people are also upset (my teaching son included) with Governor John Kasich for his bill, but not me, Sarah. It has to begin and cutting government expenditures has to be done. Now the Tea Party representatives had better begin on the national level. Entitlement cuts will hurt tax payers all over this country, but it will be better than national bankruptcy and dictatorship, which little o is bringing on at an accellerated pace.

I have probably told you before that my sis and her husband go on elderhostel trips she said a lot of them are retired teachers 75+ and all are democrats and think he is great.. and these are supposed to be educated people.. my friend's daughter is a Fulbright scholar and also thinks he is great (of course with her education in our liberal colleges and if the teachers think that way what else could the students think?) her parents are really upset about it too. to pay for your children's education is not supposed to be an indoctrination to political slant.

To help put the following article in perspective it is important to know that in 1960 Detroit had the highest per capita income in the US. In 1964 Lyndon B. Johnson declared a "war on poverty", created the "Great Society" and nominated Detroit as his example of this great society.

For 15 years, from the mid 1970's to 1990, I worked in Detroit , Michigan . I watched it descend into the abyss of crime, debauchery, gun play, drugs, school truancy, car-jacking, gangs, and human depravity. I watched entire city blocks burned out. I watched graffiti explode on buildings, cars, trucks, buses, and school yards. Trash everywhere!



Detroiters walked through it, tossed more into it, and ignored it. Tens of thousands, and then hundreds of thousands today exist on federal welfare, free housing, and food stamps!



With Aid to Dependent Children, minority women birthed eight to 10, and in one case, one woman birthed 24 children as reported by the Detroit Free Press, all on American taxpayer dollars. She collected over $90.000 a year.



A new child meant a new car payment, new TV, and whatever mom wanted. I saw Lyndon Baines Johnson's 'Great Society' flourish in Detroit . If you give money for doing nothing, you will get more hands out taking money for doing nothing. Common sense.



Mayor Coleman Young, perhaps the most corrupt mayor in America, outside of Richard Daley in Chicago, rode Detroit down to its knees... He set the benchmark for cronyism, incompetence, and arrogance. As a black man, he said, "I am the MFIC." The IC meant "in charge".





You can figure out the rest. Detroit became a majority black city with 67 percent African-Americans.



As a United Van Lines truck driver for my summer job from teaching math and science, I loaded hundreds of American families into my van for a new life in another city or state.



Detroit plummeted from 1.8 million citizens to 912,000 today. At the same time, legal and illegal immigrants converged on the city, so much so, that Muslims number over 300,000. Mexicans number 400,000 throughout Michigan, but most work in Detroit . As the whites moved out, the Muslims moved in. Shirah law is not far behind.



As the crimes became more violent, the whites fled. Finally, unlawful Mexicans moved in at a torrid pace.. Detroit suffers so much shoplifting that grocery stores no longer operate in many inner city locations. You could cut the racial tension in the air with a knife!



Detroit may be one of our best examples of multiculturalism: pure dislike, and total separation from America.



Today, you hear Muslim calls to worship over the city like a new American Baghdad with hundreds of Islamic mosques in Michigan , paid for by Saudi Arabia oil money. High school flunk out rates reached 76 percent last June, according to NBC's Brian Williams. Classrooms resemble more foreign countries than America. English? Few speak it! The city features a 50 percent illiteracy rate and growing.





Unemployment hit 28.9 percent in 2009 as the auto industry vacated the city. In Time Magazine's October 4, 2009, "The Tragedy of Detroit: How a great city fell, and how it can rise again," I choked on the writer's description of what happened. "If Detroit had been ravaged by a hurricane, and submerged by a ravenous flood, we'd know a lot more about it," said Daniel Okrent. "If drought, and carelessness had spread brush fires across the city, we'd see it on the evening news every night."



Earthquake, tornadoes, you name it, if natural disaster had devastated the city that was once the living proof of American prosperity, the rest of the country might take notice.



But Detroit , once our fourth largest city, now 11th, and slipping rapidly, has had no such luck. Its disaster has long been a slow unwinding that seemed to remove it from the rest of the country.



Even the death rattle that in the past year emanated from its signature industry brought more attention to the auto executives than to the people of the city, who had for so long been victimized by their dreadful decision making."

As Coleman Young's corruption brought the city to its knees, no amount of federal dollars could save the incredible payoffs, kick backs, and illegality permeating his administration. I witnessed the city's death from the seat of my 18-wheeler tractor trailer because I moved people out of every sector of decaying Detroit . Anarchy is coming.



"By any quantifiable standard, the city is on life support. Detroit 's treasury is $300 million short of the funds needed to provide the barest municipal services," Okrent said. "The school system, which six years ago was compelled by the teachers' union to reject a philanthropist's offer of $200 million to build 15 small, independent charter high schools, is in receivership. The murder rate is soaring, and 7 out of 10 remain unsolved. Three years after Katrina devastated New Orleans , unemployment in that city hit a peak of 11%. In Detroit , the unemployment rate is 28.9% and rising.



That's worth spelling out: twenty-eight point nine percent.." At the end of Okrent's report, and he will write a dozen more about Detroit, he said, "That's because the story of Detroit is not simply one of a great city's collapse, it's also about the erosion of the industries that helped build the country we know today. The ultimate fate of Detroit will reveal much about the character of America in the 21st century. If what was once the most prosperous manufacturing city in the nation has been brought to its knees, what does that say about our recent past? And if it can't find a way to get up, what does that say about our future?"



As you read in my book review of Chris Steiner's book, "$20 Per Gallon", the auto industry won't come back. Immigration will keep pouring more, and more uneducated third world immigrants from the Middle East into Detroit , thus creating a beachhead for Islamic hegemony in America. If 50 percent illiteracy continues, we will see more homegrown terrorists spawned out of the Muslim ghettos of Detroit. Illiteracy plus Islam equals walking human bombs. Don't be so naive to think it won't happen.



You have already seen it in Madrid, Spain ; London, England and Paris, France with train bombings, subway bombings and riots. As their numbers grow, so will their power to enact their barbaric Sharia Law that negates republican forms of government, first amendment rights, and subjugates women to the lowest rungs on the human ladder. We will see more honor killings by upset husbands, fathers, and brothers that demand subjugation by their daughters, sisters and wives. Muslims prefer beheadings of women to scare the hell out of any other members of their sect from straying. Multiculturalism: what a perfect method to kill our language, culture, country, and way of life. This is not radicalization of the Muslim religion. This is written in the Koran. Read it.



I PRAY EVERYONE THAT READS THIS REALIZES THAT IF WE DON'T STAND UP, AND SCREAM AT WASHINGTON, AND OUR STATE, CITY, AND LOCAL LEADERS THIS IS WHAT AWAITS THE REST OF AMERICA . IF YOU FOLLOW THE NEWS AT ALL YOU KNOW THIS HAS HAPPENED IN ENGLAND , AND FRANCE AND SPAIN .

Democrats are, indeed, the party of government.  In his last paragraph, he states:

First , the Democrat Party is the party of governmant, no only because of it'd extravagant sense of government competence asnd proper scope, but also because the party base is government employees.  Second, government employees have an increasingly adversarial relationship with the governed.  Third, Obams's "move to the center" is fictitious.

Somehow I get the impression that this person is NOT convinced that "change" is always good----. When your friends can't explain why they voted for Democrats, give them this list. They can then pick a reason .


10. I voted Democrat because I believe oil companies' profits of 4% on a gallon of gas are obscene but the government taxing the same gallon of gas at 20% isn't.

9. I voted Democrat because I believe the government will do a better job of spending the money I earn than I would.

8. I voted Democrat because Freedom of speech is fine as long as nobody is offended by it.
