  I really appreciate the comment by 5jerry1, about the need of returning to this type of programming. When somebody with real guts finally makes the decision to jettison the kind of claptrap stupidity now being paraded for the stultification of the masses, then and only then, will American television return to its real roots.

  I didn't care for her when I was your age but love her now. lol I'm surprised anyone as young as you are "gets" most of the jokes they do. Seems like you would have had to of lived back then like I did to know what they are talking about. I guess some of it is history though.

  Chase is a beautiful 16 yr old now. Her mother and I have been best friends since childhood so I get to see Chase every year. She is an amazing young woman who actually started a charity. She gives hats with a ponytail of hair clipped to the back, to kids going through radiation treatment and who have lost their hair. She is an amazing girl. I love her to death.

  My favorite choir. Not LDS, but adopted them . Spent much of my life enjoying their music, then I got to go to SLC and see them in person. A wow experience.

  God hears our prayers and see's our efforts. God's love is shown through these who care so much for this beautiful child. I pray that she continues to be cancer free and that God continues to use her to reach others. As a worship leader, I know what God's music can do for us and through us. I pray that this choir continues to reach others and may all who are searching for something special in their lives find God, he's waiting to love you and bless you.

On February 4th, 2013, Vladimir Putin, the Russian president, addressed the Duma, (Russian Parliament), and gave a speech about the tensions with minorities in Russia:
"In Russia live Russians. Any minority, from anywhere, if it wants to live in Russia, to work and eat in Russia, should speak Russian, and should respect the Russian laws. If they prefer Sharia Law, then we advise them to go to those places where that's the state law. Russia does not need minorities. Minorities need Russia, and we will not grant them special privileges, or try to change our laws to fit their desires, no matter how loud they yell 'discrimination'. We better learn from the suicides of America, England, Holland and France, if we are to survive as a nation. The Russian customs and traditions are not compatible with the lack of culture or the primitive ways of most minorities. When this honorable legislative body thinks of creating new laws, it should have in mind the national interest first, observing that the minorities are not Russians.

The politicians in the Duma gave Putin a standing ovation for five minutes.
