ROOT CAUSES: Illegal Immigration

Illegal immigrants are everywhere these days. Kentucky, New Jersey, Maine, Michigan, Idaho, North Dakota. Americans are fed up. They ask why they must pay the tax bill for illegal immigrant welfare.
It’s the cost of cheap labor. If Americans are going to allow South and Central Americans and Mexicans to migrate North so that American Business can get labor so cheap that China looks magnanimous by comparison, then this is the price America must pay.
It’s the same as it ever was. Business passing off expenses to the consumer.
Big (and small) Business gets CHEAP LABOR. The government takes up the slack. The tax payer pays for the Federal Government to take up that slack.
What’s new about this?
America did it with the Japanese, Chinese, Irish, Germans, Italians and others. Now America is doing it with Mexicans and the other Southern fellows. I didn’t mention the Africans because that was different. Slavery was not written off and passed to the customer. There is no comparison between what happened to the Slaves and what occurred with other immigrant groups or the current batch. Slavery was simply evil incarnate. Romans treated their slaves better than the American Southern Gentleman treated his.
Cheap labor. It’s wonderful. You want inexpensive products. Well, this is how you get it in America. Illegal Immigration. The only reason that Americans are complaining about illegal immigration is because it’s in their faces. DAILY! If it weren’t such an obvious phenomenon, the issue would not hold the collectively and infamously short attention span of the American political consciousness.
Cheap labor makes products that come from all over the world. China, Cambodia, Burma, etc,. Not too many Americans give this a second thought as they purchase their Under Armour Shoes and Shirts. Not many Americans spare a thought about these places because they aren’t walking by American front porches or soaking up American tax dollars.
This is the cost of Capitalism and Low Prices. Starvation wages, sweat houses, people living in squalor. All so Americans can buy cheaper iPods, Oranges, Bananas and Nikes. In the end, the devil takes his due.
GO CAPITALISM!
I’m all for it.
The last pic begs the question. Why do people have children when they know that they can’t take care of them?

: Excercise for people 50 and over
Begin by standing on a comfortable surface, where you have plenty of room at
each side.
With a 5-lb potato bag in each hand, extend your arms straight out from your
sides and hold them there as long as you can. Try to reach a full minute,
and then relax. Each day you'll find that you can hold this position for
just a bit longer.
After a couple of weeks, move up to 10-lb potato bags. Then try 50-lb potato
bags and eventually try to get to where you can lift a 100-lb potato bag in
each hand and hold your arms straight for more than a full minute (I'm at
this level.).
Then, after you feel confident at this level, put a potato in each bag.

Top-rated talk radio host Rush Limbaugh on Friday questioned why new Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie has not gotten support from the White House in his efforts to resolve the doubts of so-called “birthers” about Barack Obama’s place of birth.
Limbaugh also says he finds it “stunning” that Abercrombie still can’t prove Obama was born in Hawaii as he maintains.
Abercrombie has stated that he wants to put to rest assertions that Obama may not have been born in the United States and therefore is not eligible to serve as president, assertions fueled by Obama’s lack of a hospital-generated birth certificate.
But Limbaugh noted that Abercrombie now says “a hospital generated birth certificate for Obama may not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health. He said efforts were still being made to track down definitive vital records that would prove Obama was born in Hawaii.
“Remember, he started out, the whole reason for doing this, was to get it off the table so it wasn’t an election issue for 2014.
“But he’s done the exact opposite now. How many of us could get away with saying, ‘Yeah, there’s a little notation somewhere there in the archives, but we can’t find the birth certificate.’”
Limbaugh compared Abercrombie’s vow to demonstrate Obama’s Hawaii birth before he knew he could produce the birth certificate to a lawyer granting immunity to someone before knowing what the person was going to say.
Regarding Obama’s supposed Hawaii birth, “they still can’t prove it,” Limbaugh said.
“It is stunning to me. The governor of Hawaii vowed when he took office that he would do his best to end the debate over Obama’s birth, which began in 2008 during the presidential campaign.
“Where’s the president on this? Where’s the president’s vow to end the debate over his birth. We’re going on four years on this. It keeps intensifying.
“Where’s Obama? Where’s the White House? Is this guy flying alone? Neil Abercrombie on his own on this? So much of this is difficult to fathom, to believe.”

Dr. Ralph, this is the best testimonial of a hero. Who of us have not known seventh grade drop-outs who we considered "a failure". Mike destroyed those odds for success as an American fighting man.
A soldier must fight and kill and they have done so throughout man's history. My departed friend, Bob Wiethorn, of our informal Westerville Men's Prayer Breakfast years ago, said he just could not kill a person, even in war, and I believe him. Bears lose to Green Bay... From a good Retired Denison friend in Dallas
The Green Bay Packers just beat the Chicago Bears and will go to the Super Bowl in Dallas. They also removed any reason for Barak Obama to come to Dallas, as he had said he would do if the Bears won. If he came to the Super Bowl, it would have so screwed up a fine football game. Security within Jerry Jones’ new stadium would have made it impossible for real football fans to move about within the stadium. Obama would have taken over probably several hundred Super Bowl tickets for himself and his entourage from deserving Super Bowl fans. Parking will be terrible around the stadium as it is, but when they close off half the parking areas for security reasons around Obama’s crowd of thugs, it will be unbearable. Hotel space is already at a premium and would have become impossible as several hundred of Obama’s security thugs move into town. DFW airport would become a total mess when his plane arrives, and the freeways, awful at best, would become impassable when his parade set off from the airport to the stadium.
Jerry Jones should personally go to Washington and thank Mr. Obama for not utterly devastating the first Super Bowl in Jerry’s House of Football. The Green Bay Packers have probably saved Dallas and Jerry Jones millions upon millions of dollars by beating the Bears. I kind of wanted the Bears to win until I heard Obama had threatened us with his presence if they did. At that point I became a Packers fan

Just when you think you’ve heard it all, our US Congress quietly comes up with a new zinger to put their hands in your pockets, and pick them while you aren’t watching. Isn't this just wonderful?
I was standing in line at the checkout counter at Wal Mart and as I looked at the line behind me, I saw a couple of people talking about what looked like identical new cell phones, bragging about the fact that their phones were free and so was the airtime.
The woman in line behind me had heard the same exchange and turned to the young man behind her and asked, “Is that a new type of cell phone?” The young man replied, “Yes, this is my new ‘Obamaphone’”. She asked him what an “Obama phone” was, and he went on to say that, “Welfare recipients are now eligible to receive” what he described as (1) a FREE new cell phone, and (2) approximately 70 FREE minutes of air time every month.
Needless to say, I was a little skeptical about his answer, so when I got back home, I ‘Googled’ it, and lo and behold, he was telling the truth. This was what I discovered:
SafeLink Wireless is a government supported program that provides a free cell phone and airtime each month for income-eligible customers. In other words, your tax dollars are being distributed to a wireless phone provider to provide welfare recipients with free cell phones and airtime. I don’t know about you, but as for me, enough is enough. We are $14 Trillion in debt, Congress is balking at continuing unemployment payments to those who want to work, and Congress is increasing the dole-out to dead beats.
The ship of State is sinking, and it’s sinking fast. The old concept of getting ahead through hard work has flown out the window. It has been replaced by Obama’s and Congress’ idea of “Hope and Change.” The country has changed all right, changed to "Why should I work for it, when I can get it for free?"
