Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital.9. Tell as many other people as possible about this. It could save their lives!!10. This has gone out to almost two million people .
It's easy to dismiss individual programs that benefit non-citizens until they're put together and this picture emerges.Someone did a lot of research to put together all of this data. Often these programs are buried within other programs making them difficult to find.
