For Christian American readers of this blog:

I wish to incite all Christians to rise up and take back the United States of America with all of God's manifold blessings. We want the free allowance of the Bible and prayers allowed again in schools, halls of justice, and all governing bodies. We don't seek a theocracy until Jesus returns to earth because all men are weak and power corrupts the very best of them.
We want to be a kinder and gentler people without slavery or condescension to any.

The world seems to be in a time of discontent among the populace. Christians should not fear. God is Love, shown best through Jesus Christ. God is still in control. All Glory to our Creator and to our God!

A favorite quote from my good friend, Jack Plymale, which I appreciate:

"Wars are planned by old men,in council rooms apart. They plan for greater armament, they map the battle chart, but: where sightless eyes stare out, beyond life's vanished joys, I've noticed, somehow, all the dead and mamed are hardly more than boys(Grantland Rice per our mutual friend, Sarah Rapp)."

Thanks Jack!

I must admit that I do not check authenticity of my posts. If anyone can tell me of a non-biased arbitrator, I will attempt to do so more regularly. I know of no such arbitrator for the internet.

Thanks Herma Mills, Sneaky law enforcement

Permit me to add this, Herma.

The City of Columbus also needed revenue this year.  They set up speed traps on 315 south and had three sets of double patrol cars catching 'speeders' in a quickly 'signed' 45 mph zone due to the off ramp work.  They got me at 62 mph (in what was normally 65 mph) and collected the double fine of $195.  Did I consider this decent public service?  Well ... NO!  Please understand the typo on Well.

Our doctor's office is in sight of the southbound 315 traffic and employees there said the Columbus police were having the proverbial "field days" arresting the 'speeders' one after the other.

I want the law to be on the side of  the tax paying public.

Subject: FW: Buckeye License renewal

Just wanted to pass on an email a friend shared with me today: This is

not a Joke

Hey Folks,

Just wanted to tell you all of a change in the law for renewing your

licenses, plates and stickers. In the past you had the entire month of your

birthday to renew. BUT..........due to the fact the Ohio State Highway Patrol

is running in a huge deficit, they changed the law so that you must renew

PRIOR to your birthday. This was due to the passage of HB2. They

intentionally did not inform anyone so they can attach a $20 late fee to every

person with a license in Ohio who doesn't know about the change! (I didn't

see any of this on the news or in the paper.) They got me for two cars this

month and they refused to waive it. That was $40 I had to pay. This state

is sneaky so I want to make sure that no other person pays it. Make

certain that you forward this email or one of your own to everyone you have in

your contact book. This is not right and we should not be tricked into

paying for the State's inability to run a business within a budget.
