My sister, Mary Lou Kegley Brown's widower, Husband Russ Brown, was surprised by his daughter's Darcy, and Trina and family with a surprise birthday picnic at Scioto Trail Park between Chillicothe and Waverly this afternoon.
Many Kegley's were there along with the Lundy's. including our miracle boy, Cory and my sisters Sandy and Sharon (Cory's grandmother). So many of you prayed for Cory and responded to the site on Facebook- "I am praying for Cory Lundy." Thanks!
Cory's cousins, Jasmine and Jacob, Tobey and Ida Scout, J.R., Austin, Destiny Brown were so happy seeing Cory that they romped mostly in the steady rain outside the shelter.
The rain did not dampen the "overwhelming surprise" to Russ from the presence of the Brown offspring and the kegleys as well.
I take this as a good opportunity to thank all of our friends and family once more for the prayers that have brought Cory so far back ... And thank You, God!
