For Christian American readers of this blog:

I wish to incite all Christians to rise up and take back the United States of America with all of God's manifold blessings. We want the free allowance of the Bible and prayers allowed again in schools, halls of justice, and all governing bodies. We don't seek a theocracy until Jesus returns to earth because all men are weak and power corrupts the very best of them.
We want to be a kinder and gentler people without slavery or condescension to any.

The world seems to be in a time of discontent among the populace. Christians should not fear. God is Love, shown best through Jesus Christ. God is still in control. All Glory to our Creator and to our God!

A favorite quote from my good friend, Jack Plymale, which I appreciate:

"Wars are planned by old men,in council rooms apart. They plan for greater armament, they map the battle chart, but: where sightless eyes stare out, beyond life's vanished joys, I've noticed, somehow, all the dead and mamed are hardly more than boys(Grantland Rice per our mutual friend, Sarah Rapp)."

Thanks Jack!

I must admit that I do not check authenticity of my posts. If anyone can tell me of a non-biased arbitrator, I will attempt to do so more regularly. I know of no such arbitrator for the internet.

Conventional thoughts by American voters ... SamKat aka Sam Kegley

It was conventional thought and is still shared by many that the Democratic party was the party of the working class and the Republican Party was the party of the wealthy upper-class.   Many white-collar workers in my home town of Portsmouth Ohio became Republican as a status symbol for the higher types of white collar vs. us blue collar types.

Upton Sinclair wrote "The Jungle" in 1905, describing Chicago's stockyards where cattle went in and all kinds of food stuffs came out, without any waste, just all turned to food and profit, although including much unhealthy waste.  It described the poor work conditions and incited the union drive in America as much and more than anything else.

The pendulum swings and the workers continually enjoyed better conditions and food inspections assured more healthy products in the food industry.  after becoming an engineer, I admit that I also benefitted. The unions obtained highest wages for auto and steel industries, plus more expensive benefits-good for blue-collar; however, it made  profits for entrepreneurs and investors shrink. Other nations, mainly Japan, began encroaching into America's manufacturing, providing lower wages and fewer benefits.  The big three of the car industry - GM, Ford, and Chrysler have since given way to Toyota, Honda and Mitsubishi.  Other nations are making more competitive autos and the steel industry is mostly overseas.  Jobs are lower paying and scarcer in  America now.

Currently FDR's original Social Security benefits have been diluted and nearly killed by democrat representatives driving the USA's national debt over 19 trillion dollars.

The USA must vote conservative in 2016 or just give our country over to obama, the muslims, and the truly rich of the USA, Saudi Arabia, and the Middle East.

Wake up Amurica!
