attention to only two
of the four things customers are interested in 1.) Price, 2.)
Delivery, 3. Quality, and 4.) Service. You can get price and delivery
at Walmart or a desirable store, assuming you have quality. If later
quality isn't there and you seek service, just hike over to the
Phillipines or India or Brazil. The telephone takes no less than a
few hours or days to get absolutely nowhere.
Then there are the secular progressives here in America guiding our
government.
Thank heaven our God is still in control.
Sam, I really had a good laugh with this one and the one before on your experience with custom
service. Yea even our banks here in VA use people in India and other countries to do their
accounting booking keeping. When someone calls regarding their bank statement, you get
a person in India, or some other country where you cannot understand a word he/she is saying.
Very sad. Then we American's cannot get jobs!! Why, USA is giving them to all these foreigners
and we cannot understand anything they say. I know, I have problems with the two banks I use
here in Alexandria. I have to go in person so I can see who I am talking to. I never understand
them over the phone. So your customer service situation is really the God's truth in today's servicing thepublic.
